差。一是酒店周邊就像大垃圾場，二是開車半天找不到路，酒店沒有標識，地下停車場上大堂也沒標酒店名字。進到大堂，前台一男服務員説升級，結果房間臟、且枕頭衹有一個，杯子還薄。酒店打掃衞生的保潔都比前台服務意識高。一次極差的體驗。

一直都是維也納的老客户了。出差都會首選維也納酒店，這家維也納接待大廳看上去非常的大氣，上檔次。年味也很重。到處都喜氣洋洋的。前台員工服務也非常好。入住還特意詢問我有沒有什麼要求。要住地板的還是地毯的房間，房間衞生也乾淨，設施設備也很新。
