熱水是真的有，房間燈是壞的，電視也開不起，廁所臭，門還關不上。空調沒暖風，好在天氣不算冷。最差的是噪音，隔壁空調外機一直響，早上還被類似農村白事敲鑼嗩吶聲吵醒，模糊中不知道是在賓館還是殯儀館。

裝修一般般，店面也很好找，停車也方便，交通便利，這點誇誇，缺點老房子不隔音，喜歡安靜的就不建議，價格便宜是優點。
