本人15年前就在龍馬賓館住宿 現在的龍馬賓館環境差 房間裏面連礦泉水都沒有一瓶 目前在龍馬賓館基本上是長住 有幾天本人在6點過開的房間 有一次服務員12點過就來敲門 喊我退房時間是2點 有兩次睡覺睡到四五點鐘 雖然沒有給加時費 但是吧枱的收銀員不開心 説礦泉水有要兩塊一瓶沒有免費的 不能以你為尊 旁邊有很多賓館房間都比龍馬賓館好 為什麼我要現在龍馬賓館 畢竟曾經在這裏住了那麼久

入住收取按金沒開收據，床單破損，床下只有一塊木板床墊都沒有，又冷又硬，廁所燈是壞的，房間充電器都是收費的，熱水器放了十幾分鍾都沒有熱水。窗户外面很大的滴水聲，很影響睡眠
