The room was very clean and tidy, but the front desk staff didn't feel like a five-diamond staff. It was the worst among the five-diamond staff I've ever stayed in. However, the room service was very good.

The overall facilities and environment of the hotel are a bit old. The service is ordinary, but the restaurant management is very poor: my wife took the fried eggs with her child and wanted 3. The waiter gave her 2 but didn't give her 3. He gave them to the guests behind him (there were not many people in the queue). Why couldn't he give them to the first guest who was holding the child first? ? The restaurant collected the food at 9:30 and turned off the coffee machine at 9:26. I went to the staff twice. The first time they said there was no water and asked me to add water. The second time they said there was no coffee beans and asked me to add beans. I went to check at 9:36 but it was still not solved. The coffee machine was turned off! I personally think that the hotel does not have the ability to handle high occupancy rates during major holidays! ! !
