酒店位置好找，但是有點偏，去年剛開業，酒店房間衞生乾淨。早餐種類還比較豐富，前台小姐姐服務態度很好還給免費升級房間。
連鎖酒店，住的也安心。價格也比其他酒店便宜，性價比高，可以推薦。

酒店周圍環境好，交通便利。房間乾淨衞生温馨，床鋪舒服，枕頭鬆軟舒適。衞生間乾濕分離，使用方便。服務員態度好，很樂意幫助客人。酒店有很大的地下停車場，對自駕者十分友好。

早餐太差了，空盤完勝，與維也納酒店的定位不匹配，工作人員有時間在餐廳拍攝客人帶小孩用餐的和諧照片，卻沒有時間增加空盤內的食物。才早上8點鐘啊，就這樣着急嗎？

我也不知道那些好評哪裡來的，反正我有點失望，位置特別偏，後面都是大土堆工地，什麼店都沒有看着那個橋沒什麼意思，沒吃飯的啥都沒有打車出去，寫萬象滙是商場其實離得還老遠了，晚上大馬路上大貨咣咣響，停車倒是方便。下次不住了。

前台服務非常熱情，有問必答，介紹路線，美食，房間乾淨，挺大的，整潔，唯一就是樓上衞生間沖水的聲音有點大，睡眠不好的稍微有點影響。
