房間空間還行，挺大的，大部分比較乾淨，但是床頭有能看到的小蟲子，睡覺臉很癢，而且沒有礦泉水。還算比較安靜，就是臨街道有車路過的聲音。燈光也比較暗。

前台瘦瘦那個服務員好像別人欠她錢一樣，服務期間一直臉黑黑，一直玩手機，問她什麼愛答不理，酒店設施陳舊，一進房間有很重的尿騷味，味道很重。二樓才有電梯，拖着個行李箱很不方便，住那麼多家酒店賓館都配兩瓶礦泉水，就他家特殊，水都不給配一瓶。停車也不方便，停車場最多衹能停三部車

鹿寨城最繁華地段的賓館，很老，經翻新改造，設施很一般。電梯在二樓，需從一樓搬行李至二樓再乘電梯。
繁華地段，下樓很容易找到醫院、超市、粉店、小炒。
