Good hostel to stay at Luzern. Not too far from the central station. Room is clean and tidy. Small but good enough for 2 persons. Happy to get a free visitor card upon stay. Very polite staffs at the reception.

Such a lovely hostel and friendly staff . Very polite and have very clear instructions. And also gave transport card as well . Lovely , will definitely stay again when I come back to Lezern .

Nice Place to stay in on a budget… just make sure you reach only during reception working hours as you would not be able to check in til 4 pm when they are on break

Because it was Easter and I booked a room relatively late, I couldn't book it in many places, so I could only stay here at a more expensive price. I stayed in a double room alone. To be honest, when I book a completely private room, I would at least hope that the room is made up, instead of handing me sheets and duvet covers and asking me to change the sheets myself, and to pull off the sheets and put them in the basket when I leave. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and it lingered even if the window was opened for a long time. The room was empty with nothing, no toilet paper, no hair dryer, and the floor was not cleaned. There is no lift in the hotel. When I was leaving, an employee passed by and saw me struggling to carry my suitcase downstairs, but she took a quick look and left. The only good thing is that there is a Korean girl with a very nice attitude, there is nothing else to like about her

Facilities: Although well-equipped, the fact that this youth hostel is what I am down to is very well-equipped. Hygiene: Then there are all aspects. Environment: The surrounding environment is very comfortable, go Service: The lady is also very enthusiastic and patiently helps with all other issues.

If you arrive late, you will leave the key. The arrangements are very good.

I booked a double room, but it can only accommodate one person. I had to pay 20 Swiss francs for an extra person on site. I had to put on my own quilt cover and pillowcase, and spread out the sheets myself. The floor of the room on the second floor (called the third floor in China) where I stayed was severely tilted, and the center was severely collapsed. The center was 5cm to 10cm lower than the edge, and I was worried that I would fall over.

The Bellpark Hostel urgently needs fresh air and renovation measures. I arrived in the evening and was amazed at the solid 70s charm and the used smell. Everything was explained quickly, friendly and quickly at reception. The kitchen, which is free to use, has everything you need and has the character of a canteen kitchen. Although the room was equipped with a non-smoking terrace, that was the only positive thing, old creaky tubular steel beds with sagging mattresses that were maybe 10cm thick in the early years, but now they are between 6-7cm. The bathroom was clean like the bedroom, but it was missing a door, the battery had a closer that had to be operated with MacGyver skills, hot water only at certain times and the shower head made of yellowed plastic also released water to the side and on the handle . All in all, it's disappointing. On a positive note, my reservation was pushed back a day at no extra charge.
