Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

Hotel location not far from Luzern train station. 5 minutes walk. Also not far from Chapel bridge. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Found a long hair on the bed under the duvet. Other than that, all was perfect. Breakfast was basic.

Great location by the train station. Very convenient. Staff was nice. Didn’t have a view from the room but otherwise was pleasant stay.

Rooms are small but worth it for the location. Practically next to the train station but without any of the noise. Front desk folks were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was also great.

The hotel is very clean, the service is very good, the front desk staff is very friendly and provides a lot of information
The hotel lobby is much smaller than I thought, but the location is very convenient, to Huaqiao, the train station, coop, McDonald's, Starbucks, all within a five-minute walk
The room is small, but very clean.
The breakfast is simple but surprisingly delicious, better than the higher-level hotel I stayed in later😋, the yogurt oatmeal is great
Apple coffee and tea are free to take, it's very comfortable to come back after playing in the afternoon and eat an apple and drink a cup of hot tea
