Perfect!

The reception was indifferent and thee hotel was overrated.

Very good historical hotel, full of old time romance, breakfast is super good, nice garden and swimming pools, great staff with helpful service

The hotel is perfectly located and has amazing views of the Nile, we enjoyed a beautiful sunset ! The service was impeccable and they prepared for us breakfast box. The only criticism which is not only applicable to the hotel is the fact that the price quoted for them helping to call a taxi by the reception was by far higher than what it would normally cost to grab a taxi and use the meter

The Old Winter Palace is the grand old dame of Luxor. The hotel is extremely atmospheric. However, it needs to be clearly said that an upgrade of the rooms will soon be needed. However, this did not impact my general impression of the hotel. I had a classic room on the third floor, with Nile view. The room had a balcony, which was brilliant. The hotel staff are all extremely kind and helpful. The restaurants (I tried the 1886, the La Corniche, as well as the pool-side restaurant) were all very good, and the service was excellent. breakfast in la corniche was good. What I would suggest here would be to open the windows for some fresh air - and possibly even considering an the construction of an outside terrace. Variety of food and quality of food was great. Coffee was served in a French coffee press. - It feels hard to describe the hotel - it just felt "right". I would defnitely stay there again, and will recommend to others.

The hotel facilities are indeed very old, but this is a palace with a history of more than 100 years. The service is good, and the breakfast and dinner are delicious. There are also flamingos in the hotel. The pier is just across the road, and it is very convenient to take a sailboat

It really looks like the style of the Winter Palace in Russia. The hot air balloons I took early in the morning are life photos. The toilet is a bit small and the service is average. There is no service.

The hotel is very beautiful! It has a heavy sense of history and every step is a view! The room is spacious and there is a beautiful view of the Nile River when you open the window! The environment is clean and quiet, and it is very comfortable to stay!

The beautiful lady at the service center provided very good service and the hotel environment is also good. It was really beautiful to go to the balcony of the room to watch the sunset over the Nile River. It was a great idea to book a river view room!

It is not as well-known as the legendary Old Waterfall Hotel in Aswan, so I didn’t have much expectations. After checking in, I was completely amazed by the completely standard French service + well-maintained facilities with a rich sense of history. It was the most satisfying hotel in my entire trip to Egypt.

The service is very good and the service items are comprehensive. If you are tired, you can order food to the room and there is laundry service. My waist was acutely sprained, and I was in so much pain that I couldn't walk at all. The hotel actually had medical services. A doctor soon came to check, give injections, and give medication, and the effect was immediate. Fortunately, there was this service, otherwise I wouldn't be able to have fun in the future. Professional five-star, no discrimination.

Although I bought Accor membership cards for several years because of the hospitality of sales, Accor lacks fancy hotels, so I wasted several years of membership benefits. This time I went to Aswan and was amazed by the Sofitel Legend Old Falls, and then I made a temporary reservation to experience the Sofitel Winter Palace in Luxor. The result was really hard to describe, and my good impression of AccorHotels was quickly ruined. The hardware of the hotel is old. I can tolerate it if I am mentally prepared. The room is not soundproof at all. Visitors are not allowed to register, and they are forced to pay accommodation fees before they can go upstairs. After explaining it to him for an hour, the visitors went to the airport. They had no luggage, and the hotel had no access control. Other Europeans and Americans wanted to visit the hotel as a tourist attraction, and wandered around the hotel in groups without any special attention from the staff. . Visitors to our place can only sit in the lobby. How much does this cost? ! The next day I decided to change to the presidential suite in the Steigenberger nile palace. The room was spacious, quiet and had a good view. It was only a little more expensive than the small, old and extremely noisy room in the Hermitage. Highly recommend the latter. It is quite polite to give one star for service to the hotel bellman, otherwise I would not even give one star. Picture 1 is the Winter Palace. When you check in, the hardware is similar to that of domestic Samsung. Even the green plants by the pool are reluctant to change, which can give you a glimpse of the management level of Leopard Hotel. Picture 2 is the hotel we changed to on the second day. There were two balconies like this. The horse-drawn carriage at the door cost one dollar to go to the Luxor Temple. I finally felt like I was on vacation! During an eight-day trip to Egypt, I stayed in the top three hotels in Egypt: Sofitel Legend is better than Mina Palace in Cairo and much better than Sofitel Winter Palace, for future reference

What a wonderful experience! I was upgraded to a suite for free. It was a really pleasant stay. The view of the Nile River was also beautiful. I saw hot air balloons on the river in the morning.

I really don't know how this hotel can get such a rating on Ctrip. The facilities are very old and the water for shower is very small. The whole hotel is very run-down. I stayed at the Old Falls in Aswan for three days. Although it is also a Sofitel, the difference is too big. Later, the Winter Palace upgraded to a suite, but it is still dirty and old. The curtains, sofas and bed covers are all in a dusty state. It is very average. It can be said to be the worst hotel I have stayed in during my entire trip to Egypt, and the hotel that does not meet the relevant star rating.
