How could we see the river view after changing the room? This is the fifth floor, and the highest room is on the sixth floor. What's the difference? The sound insulation is very poor, and it's no different from sleeping on the main road. The staff are like wood. They said they were full, but in fact there were few people staying. There was no one in the restaurant and the lobby. And this hotel has no wifi signal, and I have been using my own data. It is not a new building, but an old building that has been renovated. Many places are very old, such as the sockets, which are not firmly plugged in. The breakfast room is very small, and there is nothing to eat. Among the seven hotels I have stayed in Egypt, this one is the worst, with no advantages!

The hotel breakfast is very rich, every employee is very enthusiastic, the service is very good, and they always respond positively to any travel questions I raise. I stayed in Luxor for a few days and tried to find various delicious restaurants. As a result, in the evening before leaving, I had a meal at the Italian restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Newly renovated hotel, the facilities are OK in Luxor. There is no need for a river view room because it is across the road, a normal view room is fine. There is a restaurant downstairs. There are few types of breakfast, and you can only eat bread and desserts.

There was no problem with the room itself. It was also due to my own carelessness that I did not notice that only one person was allowed to stay in a room. At that time, I was lying on the front desk making the reservation in front of the waiter, and it was obvious that there were two of us, but the waiter did not remind us. From this perspective, the service was very poor. If the reservation is cancelled, the full amount will be deducted, so I can only pay another 50 US dollars to check in, which means I paid more than 700 US dollars for this room. I think the price is too expensive!
