It's adjacent to the market, a 5-minute walk from Luxor Temple, and the sunset view from the rooftop restaurant is great. The facilities are old and there is no elevator, but the remaining advantages make up for this disadvantage.

The environment is comfortable and the staff are friendly.

The reason I decided on this hotel was the location.
The view of the Nile River and Luxor from the terrace while eating breakfast is truly beautiful. The market is right next door, so it was easy to buy souvenirs, and it was great that there were restaurants that catered to Korean tastes nearby.
It's a bit lacking in terms of quality, but you can get it at a reasonable price, so I think I'll choose this hotel next time I come to Luxor. On the first day, I didn't like the facilities and gave a disapproving look, but after living there for a few days, I was able to get used to it. I leave here this morning.

This accommodation is all good, but the only problem is that the wifi is too slow. It is much easier to use personal data.
