Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high.
Facilities: Very complete. I like the balcony very much. It’s really fun to sit outside and eat spicy noodles at night.
Hygiene: Very good. The bed looks pretty good.
Environment: There is a barbecue restaurant next door, and the scenery outside the balcony is also quite good. You can directly see the entire Wugong Mountain
Service: The front desk is very patient and has a super cute meow😚

房間乾淨，設施齊全，交通便利，服務周到。原定一天，因入住感覺好，又續住一天。熱水充足，停車方便（在後院）。房間有陽台，對面看山景，出門左走13分鐘就能到武功山風景區遊客中心。最後一幅照片是在陽台上拍的，畫圈的玻璃尖頂房子就是遊客中心。

房間還總體來説挺划算的，畢竟價格也便宜，其他真真沒覺得不開心，唯一就是本來是興致勃勃來爬山的，早上八點前台人都沒有，打電話還沒人接，攜程本來可以免費兑換延遲退房，酒店規定退房時間是12點到12點30分，延遲退房也就兩個小時，前台拒絕我的延遲退房申請，説住了24小時😅，我同樣也是酒店行業工作者，也理解前台作為一個旅館業有多大的壓力，可是這種問題不是可以先商量嗎，作為武功山國家級風景名勝區的一份子，沒有一種處理事情的辦法，直接就給拒絕了，我定的房型本來昨天早上也有乾淨房，我就很好奇是不是如果我過來房型沒清掃出來是給我退錢嗎（拒絕升級房型的情況下）🤔，雖然有好的旅遊資源，但是擁有更好的服務更加能提高旅館的價值，也能更加的提高旅館的評分

服務：服務十分周到，老闆娘很好説話，我因為等高鐵申請延住2小時，老闆娘熱情答應，還叮囑房卡斷電等問題

首先説隔音，真的差！我的房間在二樓帶陽台的，樓下就是飯店，晚上有人在底下露天唱歌，一直唱到11點多，關上陽台門也無濟於事，聲音比電視聲還大 根本睡不了覺，要早睡的不介意住這個附近。還有就是窗簾，竟然不是遮光的，早上六七點陽光直接社進來，給我照醒了我也是服了。第二天跟酒店反應了噪音問題，給我房間換到三樓最邊上了，聲音倒是沒那麼吵了。但是！隔音還是差，走廊有人路過説話聽的一清二楚，而且房間電視竟然還是壞的。來這爬個武功山累得要死，晚上還睡不好，真的不會再來第二次。

真的很無語，晚上夜爬，想休息一下，結果樓下的就一直唱歌，吵死了，一點不隔音，廁所空間有點小，我這個房的馬桶感覺沒有打膠，都能動，兩百多的房間還沒有一次性拖鞋
