我真的非常少點評，原因無外乎懶。一般我點評要麼是喜出望外要麼是非常憤怒。 春節期間酒店價格高我完全理解，但是什麼價格就應該是什麼服務，千元的酒店就要提供千元的服務，溢價的錢是因為春節人多，工作人員放棄休假的補償，顧客為了服務買單。 我之所以這點評是因為我打了四個電話，最後問題解決了，但是我心裏是有怨懟。 到了沒有我的房型我理解，雙床換成大床我也接受。 1.開門發現也不是大床房，是個家庭房。我以為開錯房了，打了第一個電話，問前台是不是開錯房了，前台回覆這就是大床房，大床房和家庭房的區別就是有點裝飾上的差異。我心中閃過一個念頭，這前台把我當** 2.我檢查完房間，包括衞生我都不能接受，我要求換房，對方給我的反饋是，換房可以，自己去前台換卡。我帶着一個大箱子兩個户外登山包，住的樓離前台不在一個地方，要步行5分鐘。 3.於是我打了第三個電話希望對方能送過來，對方也同意了，讓我去六樓等，卡明天再換。我由於沒有被告知房號一直在等工作人員查房引導我去新的房間。直到10分鐘後。我打了第四個電話 4.打完電話告知我房號我們才完成交接，跟我説新的房間沒法用老的卡打開，現在也不方便給我新卡。 5，到了六樓開門就真的是大床房了，剛剛那個家庭房就是大床房的謊言不攻自破 我闡述這個事情是表明顧客能體諒但是不蠢。也謝謝最後能給我妥善解決。分數不高不低。也代表了我的態度。我希望服務是減少客户的難度，提前為客户排憂解難。一個事情有條不紊的解決，而不是反覆溝通。

跟着朋友來瀘西收購大葱，提前預訂了房間，因為要去鎮上住，對住宿環境有點要求，就怕會有臟亂差的現象，又擔心床單會不會換，要求比較多，這家酒店新開的，沒住過，嘗試一下看看，這個鎮子好小啊，開車過去酒店還蠻大，負一樓有個停車場，旁邊還有個宴會廳，我們去的時候還有新人在舉行婚禮，旁邊看了下熱鬧，都是本地人，説著本地的方言，雖然聽不懂，但是本地人很好客，酒店靠近馬路，車來車往的，睡覺的時候把窗子關了，也不感覺到吵，五樓還有個健身房和小花園，從外面看着酒店雖小，但是樣樣齊全，吃飯住宿啥的都很方便，這個酒店是我來瀘西的不二選擇！體驗感滿滿！
