房間是滿意的，不過相對春節期間的溢價來説，平時的價格更有性價比吧。畢竟瀘西真的沒有別的什麼遊玩景點。服務嗯基本沒感受到什麼服務。辦了入住給了房卡和水卡後就基本屬於沒有服務感受了。早餐還算豐富。推薦小別墅房型確。

我真的非常少點評，原因無外乎懶。一般我點評要麼是喜出望外要麼是非常憤怒。
春節期間酒店價格高我完全理解，但是什麼價格就應該是什麼服務，千元的酒店就要提供千元的服務，溢價的錢是因為春節人多，工作人員放棄休假的補償，顧客為了服務買單。
我之所以這點評是因為我打了四個電話，最後問題解決了，但是我心裏是有怨懟。
到了沒有我的房型我理解，雙床換成大床我也接受。
1.開門發現也不是大床房，是個家庭房。我以為開錯房了，打了第一個電話，問前台是不是開錯房了，前台回覆這就是大床房，大床房和家庭房的區別就是有點裝飾上的差異。我心中閃過一個念頭，這前台把我當**
2.我檢查完房間，包括衞生我都不能接受，我要求換房，對方給我的反饋是，換房可以，自己去前台換卡。我帶着一個大箱子兩個户外登山包，住的樓離前台不在一個地方，要步行5分鐘。
3.於是我打了第三個電話希望對方能送過來，對方也同意了，讓我去六樓等，卡明天再換。我由於沒有被告知房號一直在等工作人員查房引導我去新的房間。直到10分鐘後。我打了第四個電話
4.打完電話告知我房號我們才完成交接，跟我説新的房間沒法用老的卡打開，現在也不方便給我新卡。
5，到了六樓開門就真的是大床房了，剛剛那個家庭房就是大床房的謊言不攻自破
我闡述這個事情是表明顧客能體諒但是不蠢。也謝謝最後能給我妥善解決。分數不高不低。也代表了我的態度。我希望服務是減少客户的難度，提前為客户排憂解難。一個事情有條不紊的解決，而不是反覆溝通。

朋友推薦的這家酒店，沒讓我失望，從彌勒開車過來一個小時，酒店的整體環境不錯，乾淨衞生，房間面積大，衞生間乾濕分離，温泉水帶有硫磺味道，工作人員熱情周到服務，早餐也比較豐富，品種多，由於孩子要上培訓課，沒來得及去户外體驗泡池，總體來講是值得一家人出去玩選擇的地方，房間價格也在接受範圍內，下次還會再來。

無意中發現瀘西這座寶藏城市，在吾者半山酒店連住了兩晚，體驗不錯
我們去住的是喜宿家庭房，房間有陽台和躺椅，陽光可以直接照到房間。在房間換好泳衣和浴袍直接走下來50米就進入温泉區域了。
房間設施:
房間是簡約北歐實木風格，雖然有幾年了，但是設施維護的還不錯。淋浴和廁所獨立隔間，洗漱台也很大，洗護用品是法國羅斯琳的品牌。每個房間都配有一個原石的泡池，可容納4-5個人同時泡温泉；
早餐中西式都有，還有當地特色用苦蕎做的類似豆漿的美食，特別的養生健康。應該是瀘西當地早餐最豐富，品種最多的一家酒店了，早飯吃飽，中飯都吃不下了。
整體體驗下來最棒的就是温泉了，温泉水出自地下3000米，帶有弱鹼性的硫磺硒，泡完後整個皮膚都非常舒服、光滑。400多一晚的房間，個人覺得還不錯，下次來瀘西，還會住這家酒店的。

在攜程預訂了這家半山温泉酒店，沒想到這個地方這麼適合放鬆心情很安靜，風景和温泉房間都很好，整個酒店到處是簡歐實木風格，房間裏也有泡池很舒服，來到這邊都有拍不完的美景，很適合打卡拍照，而且這裏的温泉還是從地底下抽上來的帶有弱鹼性的硫磺硒，泡完後整個皮膚都非常舒服、光滑。餐廳的菜也很好吃，而且價格也不貴，服務都很不錯，很熱情，訂酒店而且還包含了户外的所有泡池，泡池也很多，平日休閑享受的好地方，下次還來。

帶老爸老媽泡温泉，定的溪院，事先已經知道衹有一個大床，自己帶了被子，老爸睡在沙發上，稍窄一點但是説很好睡的。三個人出行比較麻煩，兩人間不夠住，四人間太浪費。所以就採用了這種方法，溪院就剛好合適，且離大堂餐廳和公共露天泡池都比較近。小院子自己放水也很愜意。之前看網上説吃飯不方便，但我們直接在餐廳吃的，服務員説人太少按照套餐方式供應，一個人五十塊，但是看我們三個吃不了三葷三素，説吃兩個人就夠了就付了一百塊錢，讓個人吃到站不起來走路，竟然還有一條清蒸鱸魚，數量實在多。吃不完根本吃不完。早餐房間帶了兩個早餐券，38塊錢補了一人份的，結果根本吃不完，勉強把米線吃了點，銀耳羹這類沒法帶走的吃了點，其他的什麼雞蛋紅薯玉米全打包了，中飯在服務區就吃這些了。公共的户外泡池數量多，景觀也不錯。可能因為時間的問題，衹有我和老媽去泡，已經有好幾個池子有水了，但我們衹泡了牛奶池就走了。總之很是划算，挺喜歡這裏的，時間關係沒有什麼太多的遊客，感覺全山莊十多位服務員為我們一家人服務，且超級熱情，每一位都有求必應。
