酒店沒有專用停車場，但是路邊有停車位，好像是不收費，前台服務還是不錯，但是客房衞生就真的太差太差，茶杯還有口紅印，淋浴還有上一個客人留下的煙頭，水也衹放一瓶，浴巾也衹有一條，不知道客房打掃是幹嘛的，又不想打電話投訴前台，畢竟前台服務還是不錯，早餐比較簡單，米線也是自助

我們老倆口經常自駕旅行住酒店，在攜程上訂了這家酒店來阿盧古洞遊玩，入住酒店超過了我的想象太好了，性價比之高是我們這麼多年入住酒店可以説第一，設施齊全，衞生太好了，環境優美，服務熱情有求必應讓我們感到回到家裡一樣，大家如果來阿盧古洞遊玩這家酒店是首選，離景區600百米距離太近了不用開車，停車還免費！

特意在網上找到這家雲上四季酒店，比我想象中的要好好幾倍，我們從羅平到瀘西，到太陽坡高架橋下車，酒店老闆就開車來接我們特別感動，酒店環境優雅，客房温馨，我感覺非常舒服和滿意，酒店位置優越，就在阿瀘古洞景區門口，步行5分鐘就可以到了，簡直太方便了，價格這麼便宜還陪早餐實在是難得，酒店內部的設施一應俱全 整潔乾淨，服務親切友好，特別感動的是第二天六點要去建水，早餐來不及吃，前台小妹還特意提前煮了雞蛋讓我們在路上吃，真的很貼心很感動，真的讓我有賓至如歸的感覺，期待下一次的入住。最後道一聲謝謝你們。

一般般，煙味味太大了，不開心，不滿意，晚上睡覺總覺得牆體有震動，腦袋嗡嗡的。。。比較影響睡眠質量，。。
