When I arrived at the other hotel Hotel de Fraincais they told me that there was a room in my name but evidently the hotel category was not the same. I then ask for information on the rate and they tell me that they have applied a reduced rate. It's fine too, but the rooms are different from the one I had chosen and the price paid is not worth the hole received. Terrible result I would say.
