"For the price, I thought the hotel was really good. I can generally recommend RedDoorz hotels for budget travelers. The staff was also very friendly. The only downside was that people were smoking outside our room, and the bathroom smelled of cigarettes. We didn't like that."

"Since 2017, the Swiss-Belinn Luwuk is the place we always stay whenever we are in Luwuk. We are always welcomed very pleasantly every time we come back.. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. From the receptionist Yunia, to Rini, Sherley, Rheza and specially ELL who are always smiling and attentive, in the restaurant at the buffet breakfast (which is plentiful and has good variety) The only downside was some of the food quality from the ”a la carte menu” in the restaurant in the evening and how long it took to produce the food. For example it took 40 minutes to an hour to make Nasi Goreng. I also ordered a whole fish on two occasions and it almost inedible. The rooms are still well appointed. With comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Overall, if I am visiting Luwuk I will continue to stay at the Swissbel."
