We booked a twin bed room/chalet called "Ruby" when we arrived we were informed that this had been changed to another room with a double bed. We found the room cold, musky smelling, dirty and kitted out with worn our furniture. Advertised with "climate-control" in fact was an electric radiator that wasn't working. We left the place after 15 minutes and didn't stay the night. If you do stay be careful trying to get out of the narrow lane where the property is situated, it comes onto the A6 Bedford road which is very busy, you'll need to have you wits about you.

This is a beautiful location.The cottage was clean , Comfortable & had all the amenities you required. I was very impressed on my visit & will be returning. The staff where friendly & helpful. Darren was amazing & went out of his way to make my visit comfortable. Being a pet friendly site in such a beautiful location was the icing on the cake. Thank you for a wonderful break Darren & staff , Lorraine & Norm
