The room is impeccably clean and welcoming, providing a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Its location couldn’t be more ideal, just a short walk away from the bustling bus and train stations, as well as a variety of shops and inviting restaurants. However, a noticeable downside is the lack of soundproofing; during my stay, I found myself disturbed by the muffled sounds of snoring and occasional arguments from the neighboring room, which significantly impacted the tranquility I had hoped for.

The location is perfect. It goes directly to the mall but they don’t provide room service and the heating system wasn’t working.

A lovely warm welcome, easy to find, close to Luton train station. Nice room, better than I was expecting. Good breakfast selection, including veggie sausages, and free hot beverages available 24/7 in reception as there are no kettles in the room. Seems to be an Uber hotel as there was a screen to order an Uber in reception. Definitely would stay again, felt safe as a solo female traveller.

A very decent hotel very close to Luton Airport. The room was comfortable and clean, but there was a bad smell from the toilet, especially when flushed. I could not close the window completely and there was a little space left open. I would definitely stay again.
