Way to many pets with no where to walk in grass and water pressure was weak. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Disgusting— bugs in the bathroom- noisy A/C that barely cooled the room- people hanging around al night

I did not appreciate the surprise $50 deposit needed to check in, as I had booked through a 3rd party site and there was no mention of this policy beforehand. The room was fine for what I needed, a place to sleep and shower. Aside from that, I was extremely underwhelmed. It was a handicapped accessible room; however there were numerous issues, starting with the bathroom door that didn't latch due to broken hardware, the bathroom door was also broken from being shoved against the floor mounted door stopper, the hand held shower attachment bar was pulled out at the bottom which revealed a rusted screw sticking through the shower wall and the room was arranged as to make it difficult to maneuver a wheelchair from the entrance to the bathroom. Other issues I would note are more inconveniences, such as no instruction to access wifi, no "do not disturb" sign, no TV guide or instructions and no directory for local restaurants/delivery options. The room was suitably clean, so that was a small positive to my stay. Overall not a great experience and I will find another option next time I'm in the area.

It was a room The room was very clean, though the air freshener was a little bit heavy.The wifi was strong and reliable. On the down side the bed was not the most supportive and the heater was difficult to work because several of the labels were unreadable so it was kind of guess work.

Cheap as they get Desk chair missing a wheel someone could fall over. Got out of bed to use the bathroom got back to find a bug in the bed dead I should of taken a picture no spare t-paper ran out asked the front desk for more he said we don’t have that here. One shampoo and bar of soap I’m there for 3 nights. No refrigerator in room or microwave.
