I stayed for 2 nights at the Posthotel in Lutago, and I had a great time with the friendly and very helpful staff, even having breakfast at 6.30 am instead of 8.00 am and the excellent suggestion to use the bus offered to me free of charge by the hotel took me to the start of the trekking trail, room ok, TV with all channels visible and wifi working in the room. I therefore recommend this hotel in an excellent location to anyone going to the Ahrntal Valley and I thank the staff who satisfied all my requests.'

I stayed at the posthotel for 1 week and I was really satisfied in various aspects: the location of the structure is excellent, so close to the center of Lutago and Campo Tures it allows you to move very comfortably on foot and by bus also thanks to the public transport subscription of South Tyrol included in the price of the stay. (the stop in front of the hotel is perfect) Although it is close to the road, this does not appear to be a problem given the limited number of cars passing by at night. The rear garden area with deckchairs overlooking the mountain and the Finnish sauna repays the efforts of the day's excursions. The cuisine is excellent, choice of menu (vegetable buffet, 2 courses and fruit and dessert buffet) often with typical local dishes; both dinner and breakfast were excellent with both sweet and savory buffets always replenished. Warm and traditional environment, staff always available, courteous and smiling. The only negative note: the room is a little dated and needs some modifications and the lack of a lift

We stayed in this hotel and were struck by the inconsistency between the photos published on the websites and the real and effective condition of the structure. Our room was in a sorry state of decay with dilapidated and completely ruined furnishings. On the first evening the hot water came out just lukewarm and we found insects in the tents. Decent breakfast and dinner, friendly and helpful staff... owners absent. With a few euros more a day you can find, a few kilometers away, accommodation facilities of a much higher standard with the same stars, with better services. Exaggerated prices for the service offered.

I stayed with my family at the Posthotel during the last Christmas period. We had a great time. Really good traditional Tyrolean cuisine. Excellent relationship with the staff. The hotel's location is convenient, right in front of the bus stop, which took us up to Mount Spicco, thanks to the free guest pass!

Arrived on 12/27/2022, stayed until January 5, 2023. Breakfast and dinner. Terrible room service: towels and sheets never changed, only 1 very uncomfortable pillow. Terrible food. Breakfast buffet with little choice. Dinner: vegetarian meals requested, but the cook constantly ignored the requests, repeatedly refused the courses, never corresponding to what was declared or chosen on the menu. Still bad anyway. Serious communication problems with staff.

I have been a guest of this hotel several times my experience has always been positive the room was always clean and comfortable yes there is no lift the food is good at breakfast there is everything and dinner offers the possibility to choose between 2 first courses and 3 second courses and if you ask in advance for something off the menu you are always satisfied!! I found the quality/price ratio very good for the period frequented. I recommend it to anyone looking for a simple hotel. I hope to return
