酒店是以前的老酒店，可以看出設施曾經還是投入了一些錢的。但年代確實老了些，門框、衞生間這些都已經很舊了。衞生的話，其他都過的去，這個馬桶我是很難受了。

在瀘水到處是山坡的地方，有這樣一個大院停車實在是太方便了，酒店房間還可以，因為開比較久了，房間的設施都有點舊，但是住着還是蠻舒服的，最主要是好喜歡院裏的這棵大樹，感覺特別有靈氣的一棵樹。應該是修建這個酒店的時候就有這棵大樹了，看起來沒有幾百年長不成這樣，晚上在樹下的鞦韆坐了一會兒，如果下次有機會再來瀘水我一定會去看看這棵大樹

酒店房間性價比較高，有自己的停車場，環境很好。衞生可以，服務員很細緻，周邊吃飯選擇性少

房間設施很老舊，沙發上有明顯的污漬。推開窗別説江景了，就一條在修的爛路，煙塵滾滾，施工的噪音太大了。這應該屬於舊城，建議近期不要住這。

原來應該是不錯的酒店，但設備太老舊了，有電梯但是壞的，出行爬樓梯。乾濕分離但門關不嚴，水龍頭搖搖晃晃。停車還是蠻方便的。

居然有老鼠！半夜頂上、牆壁裏、床下，老鼠翻天了，一開燈，窗簾在嘩嘩動。打電話給總枱要換個房，説都這樣沒辦法不好意思！開了一天的車，衹能坐到天亮了！想打開電視嚇老鼠，兩個遙控器只有一個有電！浴巾也感覺不幹，不知是不是用過的
