這次入住真的很滿意！從預訂到離店，每一個環節都讓人感到非常舒心和滿意。
首先，衞生方面絕對是滿分！ 一進房間就讓人眼前一亮，整個空間一塵不染，光潔如新。地板乾淨得反光，浴室更是無可挑剔，馬桶、洗手枱和淋浴間都做了徹底的清潔和消毒，沒有任何水漬和污垢。床品潔白平整，散發著一股陽光曬過的清新味道，讓人能完全安心地入睡。
其次，服務必須重點表揚，真的太貼心了！ 前台工作人員辦理入住高效迅速，臉上始終掛着温暖的微笑。無論我們遇到什麼問題，比如詢問周邊美食或者需要多一個枕頭，他們總是能第一時間響應並迅速解決。客房大姐也特別友好，服務細緻入微。這種賓至如歸的感覺，讓整個旅程都變得格外美好。
最後，環境和設施也毫不遜色。 酒店大堂設計得很有格調，公共區域始終保持着整潔有序。房間內的設施都很新且好用，空調給力，Wi-Fi速度快。也有配洗衣房，雖然我沒用，但路過時看了一眼，同樣維護得非常乾淨整潔。
總之，這是一次物超所值的入住體驗。“乾淨、整潔、服務好” 這三點在這裏得到了完美的體現。這裏已經是我的不二之選，也會推薦給所有朋友！

第一次入住這家酒店，體驗遠超預期！前台辦理入住時工作人員非常熱情，主動介紹了會員權益和早餐時間。房間比想象中更乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠到天亮。特別要表揚的是酒店的細節，比如衞生間的乾濕分離做得很好，淋浴水壓也夠大，很解乏。第二天早上特意去嚐了早餐，尤其是現煮的米線檔口，湯頭很鮮，配料可以自己隨便加，吃得非常滿足。整體感覺酒店管理很規範，從大堂到客房公共區域都有人定時打掃，始終保持清爽。這次匆忙衹住了一晚，下次再來這個城市肯定會首選這裏，已經推薦給同行的朋友了！

攜程黃金會員免費升房權益到店前台不認，後面給看了訂單截圖，才給升，因為尿急大廳要上廁所卻跟我説大廳上不了要去房間上，去房間上了後回來又告知我上了廁所不可以升級房間，後面軟磨硬泡換了兩個早餐券，結果進去房間倒還可以，因為凌晨到店直接就睡了，早上醒來7點一看床上好幾衹螞蟻，身體也被咬了好幾個包，起初也小沒跟前台扯，結果開車出去十幾分鍾腫起來好幾塊，又去葯店買葯擦着回去了，你作為前台，住客反映了情況應該是協助住客解決問題，一大清早就發現問題，前台態度奇差，好像跟自己沒關係，然後很不耐煩的跟我説是不是要換一間，我7點醒來在換一間睡？還有那個心情嗎？直接吃了早點準備退房走，結果點了米線，米線里居然煮了蟲子，**是真的服了，第一次遇到這種低級素質差的酒店。紙張上的蟲子就是早餐米線裏煮着的，酒店目前為止沒給任何説法。
