此評價僅代表個人意見，每次出差都會住這家，這次不小心跟自己的白衣服還有也把酒店的毛巾弄臟了一個橘子大小的區域，自己衣服能清洗得掉，所以就想着毛巾應該也沒問題，結果退房後回去路上酒店前台來電話説毛巾清潔不了，按金需要扣除80百分之，要是真清洗不了賠點正常，但住了這麼幾次也沒有隨便弄臟過，但這次弄臟自己衣服也能清洗好，哎呀 估計以後不會去住了吧

本人未入住，未有效合理溝通，客人未入住前也不提前告知，費用一會兒説可以退，一會兒又説不可以退，態度也比較差，踩坑，瀘水服務態度最差酒店沒有之一。
