Because the family was hospitalized and needed escort care, a group of us came from different places and stayed here for a month. This hotel is very good, locals call it Laolongzhen, because the former name is Longzhen Hotel. It should be a more advanced hotel, where local wedding banquets are placed. Lobby: Super big, you can see the star on the wall when you enter the door. This hotel is a four-star hotel. The front desk is on the left hand side. It is polite to communicate with the front desk several times. Whether it is in the morning or midnight, it is quite professional and there is no uncomfortable feeling. Room: It feels very big whether it is a standard room or a suite. Even if it is a standard room, there are large windows, and there is a small table on the bay window sill to drink tea. The bedding is very clean, the mattress is very comfortable, and the network is smooth and playing games is no problem. The carpet is soundproof and the hot water is very comfortable. In addition to the slightly dim light of the bathroom, there is no problem to pick out. I want to recommend it.

Stayed here in end Oct. While reception was friendly, everything else did not meet expectations and match the price. Bed was hard and pillows were flat, thus uncomfortable for sleep. Breakfast spread was limited, taste was bad and food was cold except for hard boiled eggs and soup noodles - totally not befitting a hotel of this scale. We only used the bath tub in the room (water from hot spring too) instead of using the hotel hot spring facilities because we saw paper cups littered around some of the pools and questioned the cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities. You can ask reception for a disposable tub cover. It was also difficult to get a private hire vehicle at this hotel and we had to pay a higher price to get one. Overall poor value for the price we paid.

The service was excellent. The owner suggested an itinerary for exploring Lushan, and also had a driver bring me to the southern bus terminal for when I left the scenic area the next day. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities that I needed. The bathroom was clean and large as well with an excellent shower. Overall this was a great value for anyone wanting to stay in the Lushan scenic area.

We liked the nostalgic feel of the hotel. It makes you feel like you have gone back in time. The room is a little bit dated (shower screens need some attention), however it still had that touch of class. The front steps are a killer, however there is a lift to bring you up the level of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our heavy suitcases up the many steps. There is a bus station almost out the front of the hotel to tour the mountains many scenic areas. It is not in the shopping area of Kuling Street, but it's an easy bus ride to visit this area. We liked that there are a few restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close to the hotel as well. We were not able to use our foreign credit card and as we could not use WeChat pay, we needed to find another way to pay for the room with assistance from family with a Chinese bank account. I think it was because it is not part of a large chain of hotels and is in a relatively remote area. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The boss was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to provide transportation guidance. The reception was very considerate, and he gave us fruits, snacks, and drinks. He gave us detailed guidance on our travel questions. The room was clean, quiet, and had an independent yard. It was only a short distance from the ropeway and Guling Street. This time I came to Lushan temporarily. It was already night in Lushan. I had dinner at the B&B. The hot spring hotel recommended by the local villagers said that Tianmu was the earliest hot spring in Lushan, and it was a real hot spring. Some were fake hot springs. I recommended us to Tianmu. With the children, I had a good time. The hotel is also very big, the hot spring is really good, luck is good, the temporary Lushan, the snow on the mountain, the next day just to see the snow scene.

I was upgraded to a room for free. The hotel's location is a bit far from Guling Street, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk. One does not dare to go back too late at night because there is a section of the road with no street lights and it is relatively dark. However, the nearby tourist station of the former conference site is not too far away. There was no hot water on the first night. They said the circuit breaker had tripped and asked me to take a shower in the empty room next door. There was hot water starting the next day. The position of the shower head in the shower is not friendly to small people. It is relatively high and the fixed position cannot be adjusted.

I stayed on the 4th floor of Building 1, with a balcony. The scenery outside the window was very good, and the room was very clean. But the partition wall between the bathroom and the room is transparent, making it very awkward to go to the toilet and take a shower. Breakfast is a buffet, you really do it yourself, fry your own eggs and cook your own noodles. You have to clean up the kitchen utensils after eating. It is mainly a buffet. If you go late, there will be nothing. The hotel is far from the central area, and the road is steep. In winter, many cars cannot go up, so it is difficult to take a taxi. It is more suitable if you drive by yourself or just want to stay in a hotel. I don’t recommend staying here when taking your kids out to play.

The hotel has a strong sense of design and is very beautiful. The view is also good, but the windows of the triple room are blocked by the roof. Some functional designs are not good, for example, the toilet does not have a shelf for mobile phones/the bathroom does not have a shelf for your own toiletries. The hotel service is generally OK. You don't have to wait for check-in and everything is responded to. Breakfast was OK. I was very full as I am not a picky eater. But there is one detail that I think was not done well, that is, we were not asked in advance about the pick-up time or informed in any way about how to make an appointment for pick-up. I made several calls to find out when I should pick us up with someone from the hotel, which made the drop-off even more troublesome. Okay, we finally rented a car and left. We couldn’t wait. The heating in the room is sufficient, so you don’t have to worry about sleeping cold, it’s just very dry. There are snacks provided during check-in. I love Wangzai Milk. The last thing I regret the most! There is no elevator in the hotel. I didn’t see this in advance. Carrying luggage would be exhausting. The location is also good, not far from KFC Finally, the soundproofing is very average. I don’t know why there is a sound of pebbles being knocked in the middle of the night. It’s scary.
