This time I came to Lushan temporarily. It was already night in Lushan. I had dinner at the B&B. The hot spring hotel recommended by the local villagers said that Tianmu was the earliest hot spring in Lushan, and it was a real hot spring. Some were fake hot springs. I recommended us to Tianmu. I booked a standard room in Wuliuju. It was probably not the weekend. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and said that it was not convenient to stay in Wuliuju in the main building on a rainy day. She upgraded it to a deluxe standard room in the main building. The aunt on the floor provided good service and watched us pull the suitcase through the door curtain. She also helped to lift the door curtain. The room is large and clean, the bedding is clean, and the bed is soft. There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties, and I am satisfied with it. I bought snow chains and installed them and tried to drive out, but the hotel was in a valley with N large S-bends with a large slope. At the fifth S-bend, my right snow chain broke and the car could only be stuck there (slipping down the slope almost caused a serious accident). I was going to stay for another night, but then many hotel staff cleared a path through the big S-bend, so I went out smoothly and went to a hardware store in town (Xiaoye Hardware) to install snow chains on the other side. After confirming that the hardware store could help me install snow chains (sudden heavy snow, snow chains were in short supply, and my large-size models were even more scarce), the hotel sent my wife and luggage to the hardware store to meet me (it was already 6pm!) On the way down the mountain after installing the snow chains, the hotel called to ask if it was safe to go down the mountain, which was really warm. This is really an unforgettable journey. (In addition, on the way back, my wife said that she seemed to have broken the hotel's umbrella, but at that time, because I almost had an accident due to sliding down the slope, I forgot to tell the hotel in a hurry. I booked in advance for the eleventh trip. I specially booked two nights at the foot of Lushan. The location is very good. It is 17 minutes drive from Xiufeng and 37 minutes from Sandi Spring. There is a Tianmu Commercial Street and several hot springs nearby (soaking is Tang Taizong, walking for seven or eight minutes). It is very convenient to eat and soak in the hot springs at night. The hotel itself is in good condition and environment, and the family suite booked in advance is cost-effective.

The environment of the B&B is good, but the rooms are really average. When I first checked in, I noticed that there were cobwebs in the bathroom and the sound insulation was also very poor. Other children were running around and talking at night and in the morning, which could affect my sleep. The bath water is hot and cold, and there are mosquitoes in the room. The most important thing is that the breakfast here is the worst I have ever had since I stayed in a hotel. It doesn't matter that the restaurant does not have air conditioning. There are only a few foods, boiled eggs, that are cold. Hanamaki, soft fried dough sticks, soy milk, vermicelli soaked in water and blanched in advance.

We are two adults and one child. The first room is a twin bed. The two beds can't be together. I remember that a month before I checked in, I confirmed that I can book a twin room. Because I can't fight, I asked to change the room to see if there is a big bed room. The front desk is still not at the same time. I am in Trip.com and the official of the Huazhu Club. I saw it on the Internet. After I changed a staff member, I handed over to me and said that there was a room for me. I changed the big bed room. The toilet in the bathroom of this big bed room is facing the window. Then this window is transparent. Look outside and see the inside clearly. You can see you taking a shower and going to the toilet. Asked to continue to change rooms and then they dealt with it and told me to upgrade my room type. There is a big bed room. I will take me to see it. I will follow it. After I see it, I think I can say that you wait here. We will pick up the luggage by ourselves. When I bring the luggage, the room is locked. The service staff is not there. I immediately called the front desk to complain and then another waiter came to the front desk to explain to me that I can temporarily accept that reason, so we lived in this room with an upgraded room type and the toilet in this room was very smelly. We took a shower at night and found it the next day. Ask them to deal with it and go out to play. Come back at night and smell the smell. No matter whether there is any treatment, it will have no effect. It was too late that day and closed the toilet door for one night. After the feedback of the day, we waited for us to come back and changed the room on the side. The toilet was finally good. The four rooms we are in have a unified problem. The toilet is cold. The window of the toilet is not closed tightly. The water temperature is not very hot. It will be very cold in winter. The bath has to be quickly resolved. Each room has big and small problems. The hardware facilities are not good. One of the girls in the hotel staff is very unprofessional. We basically have a lot of speechless things happening because of her. Many facilities in the hotel are not available. The gym is not good. The children's outdoor paradise is not good. Speaking of a good place, it is very convenient to have a car transfer to the town. The location of the hotel is very good. The scenery is good. There is also a villa in Zhang Xueliang. The service staff can also deal with the problem in time except for some. But next time we will not stay in the hardware facilities are flawed.
