實事求是的來評價，我們是12月16日入職（週六），理解房源緊張價格上漲，但是不能接受與這個價格相匹配的住宿體驗。
1.中央空調形同虛設，晚上房間比冰窖還冷，聯繫前台反饋房間住滿暖氣輸送效果會差一些，這不是差一些這是完全沒有！聯繫前台來房間看一下是不對設定問題，前台態度很好的説會反饋但是沒有人來處理。
2.沒有暖氣就算了，想要加床被子也沒有，枕頭一個床就一個（正常不都是一個硬枕一個軟枕嗎？）
3.有接送服務，司機態度都還行，但是入住衹把我們送到了山下並沒有送到酒店門口，圖片台階至少幾百級吧，我們女生拖着行李箱上去的。送站送行李也能弄丟，還好最後找到了，但是直接導致我們下山誤車。
整體感受：不好，再也不去，不值這個價格。

空調無暖氣衹吹涼風，四個小時也沒見暖風吹來，體驗太不好了，維也納也是錦江的中高檔酒店品牌之一，怎麼管理的，廬山天冷天寒地凍的，房間冷冰冰一直不敢洗澡淋浴，要求賠償空調費暖氣損失

房間很新很乾凈，總體感覺不錯。房間隔音不太好。由於酒店位置較偏，吃飯和購物都要走200米左右的台階下去主街。服務非常贊。有奧迪專車接送，入住當天還給我們免費從高級雙床房升級到豪華雙床房。經理和前台服務小姐姐很nice！免費送了早餐給我們。
