This hotel is in perfect location just steps away from the ropeway station. Every aspect of hotel is above the bar. The staffs are very helpful. The breakfast is very good with a lot of varieties. I highly recommend this hotel.

酒店位置交通便利，纜車站出來就看到酒店，出來酒店就是觀光車站，慢慢散步到牯嶺鎮正街衹需要10分鐘，帶着長者出行非常便利，可以少走很多路。早餐種類也很多。

第一次來廬山，酒店的位置和服務遠超預期。首先位置特別好，如果你從索道上山，出索道站右轉1分鐘就可以辦理入住，是真的就在索道站隔壁。山上有個鎮，景點分散，我買了70塊的景區內觀光車票，可以無限坐，重點，最近的車站就在酒店對門，真的很方便。飲食，山上消費比較貴，但是酒店自己的餐廳性價比很高，菜品分量很大，一個人吃一個菜就夠了，我點了兩個菜，吃撐了沒吃完，一個人基本上50以內解決一頓飯，味道也不錯。住宿方面，我是工作日來的，酒店前台幫忙升級了房型，真的很感謝。房間乾淨整潔，晚上沒有噪音，睡的很香。總結就是非常棒的酒店，遠超預期，祝店家生意興隆，也希望大家玩的愉快。

酒店安排了車站接待，前台整體服務專業，並講解了廬山的個景點以及飯店推薦。整體房間安靜無異味，水龍頭打開就是山泉水，比較特別。床上用品乾淨整潔，空調温度適合。早上自助餐也非常不錯。值得。

酒店服務：非常好工作人員會熱情全面的介紹廬山各景區遊覽攻略走的時候還送了小禮物環境：就在索道站出站口位置優越搭景區觀光車很方便衞生：房間黴味很大可能和山裡氣候有關因為廬山近期下雨但是真的受不了這麼大的氣味導致頭昏腦脹嗓子疼房間的除濕機裏水滿了也沒有倒是自己倒的而且用處不大被子依然是濕濕的黏在身上的感覺並且黴味依然很大之後離開酒店去山裡逛了很久頭疼和嗓子疼才有一點緩解

特別喜歡廬山雲濂酒店，又續加了一晚，主要是交通極其方便，廬山索道上來，抬頭看見酒店，幾步路就到了，對面是交通觀光車站，可以到達任何一個景點，雲濂酒店服務一流，笑容相迎，給每一位住客準備好地圖，並熱心講解廬山主要線路，百問不厭，小女孩小户對我們二個老年人尤其照顧，升級了房間，還送到樓上，房間大氣寬敞，面積大，燈光明亮，床品整潔乾淨，設施齊全，給的一次性浴巾毛巾，一次性馬桶套，很樂意接受這樣一次性的用品。酒店早餐豐富，中西結合，每天不同樣的早餐。晚餐也可以在酒店吃，價廉物美。出門飯店也很多，總之上廬山選擇雲濂酒店最合適了。
