It was my first time to take my family to Mount Lushan. I booked online and it was right next to the ropeway entrance. It was very convenient. The store had attentive service and called in advance to inform me of the precautions for going up the mountain, how to go up the mountain, the temperature difference, free upgrade of the room, and a simple ticket after check-in. The map tells you how to play and how to get there, and you will get a souvenir when you check out. It is very ritualistic. I will stay here again next time.

房間很乾凈衞生，雖然不大，但功能齊全。掛衣架很能放東西。服務很好，一到酒店，前台就耐心介紹如何遊玩，還送了一張自製遊覽圖。送的水果和點心質量挺好的。早餐中西均有。房間用的免費一次性浴巾，如果不喜歡可以要求換。酒店位置就在觀光車站和索道旁邊，超級方便。自駕停車位也足夠，有個小院子。

索道上去出口右手邊10米，就是酒店，如果有行李，那真是太方便了！索道站也是景區巴士站點，又很方便，走路到正街KFC8分鐘，很近！無敵的地理位置！
服務很好，前台説話特別有禮貌，貼心的給了景區地圖，並且給了很多建議，特別好！給升級了房間，還送了水果和小食！離店的時候又送了伴手禮！特別暖心！
房間很新，很大，非常乾淨！設施沒得説，空調、地暖都有，第一天上山晚上很冷，開了地暖，赤腳很舒適！熱水淋浴也很舒服。床品也非常好。還有語音助手小度，問它酒店早餐情況，也都能給出正確答案，棒！
早餐很豐富，中式和西式都有，西式的品種稍微少一點兒，但是也夠了，還有咖啡機！酒店還可以洗衣服，也很方便！
特別推薦一下酒店餐廳，2頓晚餐都在酒店吃的，價格和正街上的餐廳基本一樣，但是點餐的老闆娘特別貼心，耐心詢問要求，而且菜量很大，一個人點一個菜+米飯，吃到撐！！味道真的不錯，給特別點贊和推薦！！

酒店位置極佳，位於索道上站邊上，直線距離不到50m，免去了拖着行李趕路的煩惱。房間不算大，但勝在乾淨。辦理入住時，前台小妹熱情介紹景區線路，給出合理建議，並且主動贈送了小孩的早餐，離店也送了廬山特色的伴手禮，讓我們感受到了江西廬山的善意和温暖。
酒店前就是觀光車的站台，去東線西線都很方便，距離牯嶺鎮正街800m左右，對於我們來説是在牯嶺鎮用餐後徒步觀賞夜景的合適距離。
本次入住總體感覺不錯，個人認為雲尚酒店是廬山上住宿的很好選擇。

廬山雲尚酒店位於廬山纜車站傍邊，坐纜車上廬山出了站往右邊看近在咫尺，想像不到衹有三十米的距離。我訂的是馨蕊大床房但入住時酒店幫我升級到了高級大床房，還每天給我送來了水果，茶餅。在廬山雲尚酒店住了三個晚上，酒店下面就是廬山觀光車站，十分方便搭乘遊覽廬山西線和東線的觀光車。
房間的十分乾淨，還有小度智能解答住客的一些旅遊問題。酒店的餐廳自助早餐提供十分豐富的食品，有多款小炒菜，有包子饅頭麪包油條炒粉，還有牛奶豆漿，小米粥紅豆粥等。十分推薦給要上廬山旅遊的朋友們。

酒店位置很好，在索道邊上，門口就是景區班車，距離正街步行10幾分鐘，晚上街上吃好晚飯散步回來，正好消食！酒店早餐也相當不錯，品種非常多，餐具都在消毒櫃，乾淨衞生！房間用的都是一次性的毛巾，浴巾，非常衞生，衞生間乾濕分離，這個很滿意！服務也很貼心，到店會給個地圖，大概講一下路線，一目瞭然！還會送上水果和小點心，這次入住還是很滿意的，以後有機會去，還住這家

酒店位置非常方便，門口就是索道站和觀光車站，在廬山上住 去哪個景點都非常方便。 酒店提前一天就聯繫如何上山，前台非常熱情。酒店不大 但有簡單健身房和自助洗衣房，去的兩天 ，廬山天天下雨洗衣房有烘乾機 還提供烘鞋器，解決了大問題。雖然一直下雨， 但房間温暖乾燥 一點也不潮濕。房間提供一次性拖鞋和塑料拖鞋兩種，浴巾是一次性的 也比較厚實。房間給做了升級 ，整體簡介 乾淨衞生。早餐雖然簡單 ，但基本主食都有，油條很酥脆，包子皮有點厚了，其他還行。西餐類麪包點心一般， 但有自動咖啡機, 已經非常不錯了。酒店提供午餐和晚餐可以單點。老闆娘不會使勁推薦， 反而拚命幫省錢。一個人不好點菜，老闆娘推薦一個葷素搭配的菜，分量很大，還免費送了湯。米飯2元隨便吃。餐廳可以放映廬山戀。不過沒想看 就沒提要求。整體説 性價比和入住體驗都不錯。可以推薦。

酒店緊鄰廬山索道上站出入口和觀光車售票處，上下山和乘坐觀光車特別方便。我到的時候是早上八點，訂的房型房間還沒收拾出來，本想先把行李存下先出去玩，但前台人員查詢後説可以給我升級房型立刻入住，真的太貼心了。酒店配備了一次性浴巾和馬桶墊，好感度再升一級。入住當天贈送水果和小零食，退房時也有禮品贈送是當地特色的一大袋茶餅和一盒茶葉，誠意滿滿。
