Lushan Villas Hotel

I went on a trip with my two-year-old son. When I arrived at the 177 villa I booked, my child had diarrhea. I took off his clothes and prepared to give him a shower, only to find that there was no hot water! In the future, if the water pipes are cold, we will wait patiently for 10 minutes and the water will still be cold! I had to contact the front desk and was told that the water heater had not been installed yet so I had to wait for half an hour! How do you turn on the water heater when guests arrive? The child kept crying and crying, and finally half an hour passed and there was still no hot water! The water heater is broken. We had to switch rooms to Villa 162 in the middle of the mountain. Although we were upgraded to a suite, the entrance and exit of Villa 162 had to go up a flight of stairs. The location was not as good as 177, and the appearance was not as grand as 177. 162 was probably used by security guards. The interior decoration style is also completely different, 177 is modern luxury style and 162 is the old cadre style which is relatively old-fashioned! I definitely don't like it! But the young man at the front desk was very polite and was actively trying to remedy the situation. In addition, I was already very tired after driving a long distance, and the child was crying and didn't want to bother with it any more. Environment: There is no doubt that the environment of the villa village is impeccable. Service: All the staff are quite polite. The room was cleaned around 11 a.m. every morning during my three-day stay. The three aunties cleaned up together very efficiently! There shouldn't be a 24-hour front desk. The guy at the front desk is considered a housekeeper, because he said that he also lives in a villa village, and if you have anything to do, you can go to his villa to deal with him. Facilities: There was an endless supply of hot water in villa 162, but for the first two days it was not very warm even when the heating was turned to the highest setting. The room was very cold with a young child👶🏻especially the bathroom was extremely cold! I really don’t want to go to the toilet! It is recommended that hotel bathrooms really install lamp heaters and the like! After carrying it for two days, the weather cooled down again on the third day, and magically the room heater suddenly became very warm! We almost thought God was coming to get us! Only then did I realize that the heating should also be adjustable in the hotel. It was turned down before! No matter what we adjust here, it’s useless because it’s central heating! Hygiene: If there are bowls, then bowls, and if there are dishes, then dishes. Hygiene is perfect. There is a parking lot, but I have to ask if there is a charge. Breakfast is provided, but reservation is required. It is very close to the town and there is breakfast just a few steps out. If the living room is covered by the entire villa, it is especially suitable for large families and children. The living room is shared. If you only live in one room, it depends on how many people live in the entire villa.

The external environment of the hotel is good, and it would be great if the interior can be renovated. There are parking spaces, suitable for self-driving travel. The bath water is large, the environment is quiet, and the transportation is convenient.

別墅村賓館就在美廬旁，距離牯嶺鎮商業街很近，吃飯逛街都很方面。本來衹打算住2個晚上，到達後發現環境優美，古樹參天，繁花似錦，特別幽靜，價格又不貴，又特意續住了2天。逛完景點回來，泡一杯廬山雲霧茶，坐在寬敞的別墅客廳裏，看雲捲雲舒，賞碩大的高山杜鵑花，聆聽鳥兒清脆的歌聲，身上的疲勞煙消雲散，愜意無比。特別一提的是賓館配套齊全，房間及客廳均配備了空調、電視、沙發，服務相當的好。由於連日陰雨天氣，我們到達後發現被子稍微有點潮濕，客房主管趙先生立馬給配備了除濕機，前台接待的小姑娘又給免費升級了房間，且贈送了入住期間的早餐。令人感動的是入住的第二天晚上，大雨滂沱，正當我們發愁晚餐問題，趙經理又冒雨送來了賓館的烤地瓜，真有雪中送炭之感。退房時我們把一根電源線落在了房間裏，賓館發現後馬上聯繫我們，又通過快遞郵寄到了我們家中。優美的環景、舒適的房間、貼心的服務、免費的停車場，使我們的度假生活倍感愉悦。我想，我們還會來的，因為廬山、因為別墅村賓館確實是一個度假休閑的好地方。

非常滿意，曾經的國賓館 別墅景色非常好，住在裏面很有歷史感，服務很好，有車接送索道站，，離牯嶺街和觀光車起點也很近，五一當天天氣太好了，人也不算多，完美的廬山行

酒店由一棟棟有歷史的別墅組成，我們的房間位於彭德懷住過的那棟樓裏。酒店的服務規格很高，服務人員受過正規培訓，待人有禮，服務也很專業，設施裝修也挺好的，一進大堂就有星級酒店的感覺。所在位置離美廬景點很近，還接近交通樞紐運管所站。山上住宿很多，比較在意環境和服務的推薦入住這裏。

無意中發現這家酒店，剛從大巴車下來的時候才發現酒店位置超好，就在美廬隔壁，由一眾名人住過的別墅改造來的。房間保持了一部分原有的風格，整體感覺乾淨很舒服，酒店服務也非常好。出行方便，觀光車站就在酒店門口（美廬站），前往正街廬山電影院客運站都挺近。下次有機會再來還會選擇這裏！

不錯不錯。地理位置好，離正街步行幾百米，緊鄰著名的美廬，內部是多棟別墅，歷史厚重，溪水潺潺，鳥語花香。別墅裏面，裝修翻新改造過，住起來很舒服。

有幸住在彭德懷元帥曾經住過的別墅！隨意在網上選的一家別墅賓館，體驗感遠遠超出預期！這是第三次上廬山，這一次住宿體驗最棒👍🏻。1、別墅位於汽車總站旁邊，距離美廬很近，環境幽靜。進門有個客廳，適合家庭、朋友一起住。屋內設施齊全，洗漱用品齊全，乾淨衞生，至少四星級酒店標準。2、床鋪軟硬適中，不是那種軟塌塌的床，睡覺解乏。3、前台和餐廳的小姐姐和小哥哥，服務態度很好，賓至如歸，服務標準比五星級酒店還好。4、餐廳早餐量很足，一般人真的吃不完，太飽了！總之，第四次再去廬山，還是選擇別墅村賓館。
