地理位置優越，性價比超高，離廬陽廣場不遠，離秀峯，觀音橋，白鹿洞書院都不遠。老闆很熱情，還帶我們去六樓看廬山瀑布。美中不足的是。自來水水很小。洗澡的時候都是熱水，比較費勁。我看有住客在2022年就反映過相同的問題，希望老闆能重視起來。可能是設施老舊問題。

在網上預訂的，因為想去廬山，趕到都已經是凌晨12點多了。但是老闆人很熱情，也很周到，房間雖然比較簡單，但是還乾淨，環境衞生都做得好！位置也很好，出行各方面都很方便。

性價比可以，價格太便宜了，也是看點評來的，住了兩天，沒有電梯，第一天爬六樓，房間簡潔滿意。第二天調到四樓，衞生間特別陳舊破爛，返味兒。體驗感不好了好在便宜。省錢就是王道。老闆娘人很好。

2、公共區域整潔乾淨，比較新。
3、房間衞生一般，傢俱一般，電器較新。
