The cleaning lady started cleaning at around eight o'clock. She knocked on the door in each room and asked if anyone was there. Moreover, the front desk staff was calling loudly at around 8 o'clock, presumably to take a video of the room for those who hadn't checked in yet! May I ask if you yourself don’t know that the sound insulation of your B&B is poor? So loud? ? ? Are you afraid that no one at the bottom of the mountain can hear you? 3. When we moved to Yunhan that night, my boyfriend thought we had booked for 2 nights, so he thought the room change fee was only 50 for two nights, but who knew? After the front desk collected the money, because the boyfriend told him that he had stayed for two nights when he checked in, they called and said that the Yunhan room they had booked for tomorrow night had been booked by someone else, and then there were no other rooms left, and they only had a room rate of 700 yuan upwards, because I have a lot of things. At that time, everything in my suitcase was laid out on the table, and all the clothes I washed that day were washed. If I put the clothes in the suitcase the next day, they would smell bad and I wouldn’t be able to wear them. Emmmm, we are helpless and can only exchange it for Yunshui for 796 yuan. For him, the attitude of the clerk is very good, and the breakfast needs to be strengthened. Compared to other high-end hotels, it is still too simple.

The location must be next to the ropeway. Basically, it is the highest in Guling. It is very convenient to go to the town to eat and take the Huiyuan Road. If you like to drink tea and read books, it is strongly recommended to choose a room with a balcony. The mountain is cool and the room is very clean. Sanitation and facilities are online. The only shortcoming is the service attitude. I asked the restaurant aunt if she could get a big bowl for breakfast, but she didn't even look up and replied with only two words: there is no service that can be improved. In addition, there is no car pick-up service at the homestay, you need to take the car to the cable car station by yourself, and the little brother will come to help with the luggage.

The hotel environment is elegant and clean. There are actually five or six floors along the mountain from top to bottom. There is a very comfortable open-air platform to watch the night view at night. It is very close to the cableway station and not far from the main street. Come to pick us up, the living experience is very good

The room facilities are still very modern, simple and slightly styled. The location of the hotel is not easy to find. There are many small roads, and it is not easy to take large luggage. But it is close to the ropeway. Children like it very much... The hotel is designed with a petty bourgeoisie atmosphere and has its own charm. The breakfast must be improved. It is recommended to provide breakfast in one serving per person, so as not to waste, and in line with the existing style of the hotel. First, prepare a few simple and exquisite breakfasts, adult meals And children's meal. When guests check in, they will first provide a menu choice, and the next day will be served according to the amount. This is simple and hygienic, in line with the style of the hotel. It is convenient to manage.

交通：離索道站非常近，步行可達。倒不必非要民宿派人來接，並沒有幾步路就是在一片擁擠搭建的民房裡，步行開導航到勝利社區服務站門口就是民宿。 環境：挑了很久民宿想找個落地窗可看山景的，結果挺失望。如圖民宿在勝利村民宿區，全部是民房就勢擠在一起見縫插針搭建起來的。這就意味着，無論選擇民宿什麼房間陽台也好怎樣，景觀都看到是一堆成片的屋頂些微露點山。推窗有自然景的完全可以pass ，因此我抵達酒店後也就直接放棄了換房間和升級。 服務： 廬山作為旅遊勝地，為入住客人正確指路是最基本不過的業務能力了。結果再三確認還是瞎指一通還一直強調別的客人怎樣。另外就是酒店服務非常生硬，總有一種入住客人需要被教育的感覺。早餐時僅僅詢問是否有洗衣房，要簡單用下洗衣機，然後大姐就一直反覆強調要洗就要現在拿出來洗，即便我表達馬上要出門，下去或晚上早點返回再用。她都表示不行，不能晚上用不管是幾點都不可以。真挺無語的。 早餐：房間含早28一份，真心不建議大家購買了。僅是中式純素的。白粥和雪菜、蘿蔔條和一人一份擠在骨碟裏涼的小饅頭 、指頭大的小塊紅薯和四分之一的玉米。都來到江西了，大家還是去外面隨便吃口熱乎的江西米粉或伴粉吧。民宿對着路直走慧遠路出去頂多200米就是熱鬧的中心街區，無論什麼餐都可以多種選擇還便宜。就不要選擇民宿以及民宿周邊索道的那幾家。 衞生：不怪前面的一些評價説衞生差，細節不好。舉個簡單的例子，在民宿吃沒什麼好吃的早餐不到十分鐘的功夫，客房已經打掃完了…扔了一套一次性用品垃圾袋一收結束了。完全驚呆了，速度之快和粗糙，出門又特地交代前台讓人重新打掃。 設施：坦誠講民宿的裝修改造是花了些心思的，房間內還配備了烘乾機和自動馬桶。但是，一次性用品沐浴液牙刷品質不如快捷酒店，甚至連個護髮素都沒有。好歹也是四五百起一個間夜的民宿，能不能用點好的用品？所以這個建議大家自帶吧。 總結：一個民宿區別農家樂和快捷以及酒店，主要是個性化的化境和投入。基礎設施也就頂多200塊/間夜，之所以能收500-800甚至1000 ，這個區間主要是服務附加值的提升。如果沒有好的主理人經營模式和細節服務的提升，很難🈶回頭客户和推薦。那做的都是一鎚子買賣，難以為繼。
