The owner met us at the cable car station to drive us to the hotel, and we were driven back when leaving. Staff very friendly. The hotel is located just off the main street with lots of restaurants & shops a few minutes walk away, also the tourist bus stop not far. Room was large and comfortable, not the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in but sheets were clean, bed was comfortable, shower hot, heating worked well (we visited CNY), it was cosy on our first night when the wind outside was blowing strong. We stayed two nights which was enough to explore the colonial villas and Five Peaks but will definitely return to explore further.

The hotel is located behind the street. It is quiet and comfortable. The hygiene is acceptable. The front desk service is also in place. There is also free pick-up and drop-off service. I would like to give it a thumbs up and thank the two pick-up and drop-off masters. There are a lot of food on the street, and the bus to the scenic spot is also near the hotel, which is very convenient.

The quilt was not clean and I started getting allergic to it when I stayed there.

🚗 Transportation: The car is parked at the entrance of the hotel, and it is very convenient to go out. 🧹Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic, no odor. 🍃Environment: Guling Street is the innermost, quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It's very close to the street, you can sleep well at night, and you can go downstairs to eat during the day. 🔔Service: The lady boss is very nice and provides the route and precautions. [Love to live with baby] Overall a very leisurely and pleasant trip.

酒店位置好，房間裏安靜。離牯嶺街很近，大約200米，吃飯乘車都方便。房間裏為客人準備了除濕機、電熱毯。房間裏床鋪很乾凈。乘索道車下來後老闆驅車接我們到酒店。還有一個感觸是無論是老闆還是其他工作人員對客人像對待家人一樣。

酒店離牯嶺街很近，交通方便，酒店裝修古樸田園風，老闆娘非常熱情直爽，看到我是三個人免費升級了家庭房，並且還對廬山遊覽路線提出建議，提供了遊覽圖，非常nice。下次來還住這✌✌✌

環境不錯，地理位置也好，邊上很多吃的，去哪也都方便，臨走老闆娘還安排送到索道口，服務真心不錯！

房間很乾凈，辦理入住的時候前台阿姨還專門給了線路圖給我們，退房還安排了車送我們到索道口，還送了特產給我們，廬山真好玩

環境還不錯 到山上臨時定的一個房間 坐車也挺方便的 山上有很多很多酒店 大家定的時候一定要選好地理位置裝修風格很喜歡 推薦餐廳望廬説 人多團購更實惠 説實話還是得下雪過來更好看

山上這種條件已經可以了，室外零下，室內開着空調還蠻暖和的，也不覺得冷，就是有個加濕器就好了，不然開着空調太乾燥了
