這是我第一次給如此差評，真的超級差！住宿很不愉快！第一次住那麼差的酒店！價格還那麼貴！什麼好評全是刷的吧！噁心的商家！
首先我中午去到店裡，告知房間還未清理乾淨，讓我們先把東西寄存到時候再辦入住！於是我們就選擇存放物品之後先去爬山，晚上七點多到九點之後，一位管家阿姨給我領到另外一棟樓（路程3-4分鐘左右）第一印象就是很破，外面臟亂不堪，門打開之後阿姨就離開了，然後我發現門鎖是沒有鐵栓的，在木頭裡麪釗了幾個孔，非常的不安全！鎖上也很容易打開！不是我説荒郊野嶺的兩個女生，我都能用勁在外面把門掰開！裏面地板也有灰，窗簾也不乾淨！
明明兩個房間差價那麼離譜也就你們做得出來！一個在主樓都不用走，一個去破爛不堪的雜間裏面。
第二我定的觀雲！這是我最氣憤的！給我們住的是山色，詢問微信無果，打電話之後告訴我都是大床房隨機分配的，我請問呢，標價完全不一樣！你告訴我隨機分配那麼你幹嘛標名稱和房型還價格相差那麼大？而後改口説觀雲地暖壞了，給我們換山色現在來讓阿姨給我們開地暖。
由於太晚了，想着趕緊洗漱睡覺，我們就信了是地暖壞了，好笑的是第二天我去到主樓那邊，也是巧了我看到觀色昨晚是有人入住的情況！！！！！
第三非常的冷：山色！地暖開了一晚上地都是涼的，空調開了一晚上房間依舊是冷的，洗澡水還沒開始洗就慢慢變冷了，凍得我直哆嗦，跟老闆打電話給的理由就是廬山都是這樣的，冬天沒辦法！我們兩個女生一晚上在房間裏面凍得不行，反而第二天我走到觀雲發現裏面非常的暖和，這就是你們跟我説的地暖壞了所以給我換個好房間？
真的沒見過這麼噁心的商家，明明把好房間安排給別人了，看我們回來的晚還是兩個女生好説話是吧？我希望你們家趕緊倒閉！還準備改名字是吧，改一次我投訴一次！

老闆娘總是掛著笑容，無敵好吃的手工饅頭、包子、稀飯，房間超級漂亮，搭配著雪景，超級美，房間外就有一片自己的雪地可玩。小天池下車後往回走一分鐘就到，交通方便。

廬山山上汽車站及山上索道口接送服務:坐索道就給老闆打電話了。到站 出租車已到站點 等我們。
設施：齊全
衞生：衞生不是很理想 這個需要改進
環境：還好
服務：還行
整體來説 我個人主要看 被子 和 衞生間。被子和床蠻好。衞生間洗手池沒有位置放 我們自己的洗漱用品 所以放了下面枱子 可是這個枱麪不乾淨。
早餐簡單 熱乎乎的

位置：靠近小天池，觀光車上車點，離景區中心街心公園有20分鐘左右的路程
環境：在一個凹凹裏，有小橋沒有流水，裡頭全是雜草，房間裏有很多小動物
服務：老闆娘服務一級棒，笑容治癒。
總評：服務到位，環境不敢恭維。

房間在小天池站附近，交通還算便利，有衹大狗狗很有保護欲，安靜會認識人，晚上出門時還會跟在後麪守護着，然後趴在路口守着等你回來……
可惜去的時候大霧，沒怎麼玩，也沒日出看了。

飯店在中國石化加油站對面巷子，離廬山大白塔和諾那塔院很近。早上山上看朝陽，蹦跳跳出來。晚上也可以看紅橙橙夕陽落下。

隨意訂的民宿，就是衝著説可以看日出日落而來，哈哈，意外的驚喜，雲海日出。民宿感覺整體非常不錯，房間乾淨衞生，老闆熱情，索道接送，還有阿姨的手擀麪。👍👍👍👍👍
