這次入住全季酒店銅鑼灣廣場店，非常滿意。酒店位置好，就在汽車站邊上。酒店是新開張的，設施很新，房間寬敞整潔。酒店早飯品種很豐富，酒店前台人員很熱情，會主動提供幫助。退房時酒店還贈送伴手禮，讓我們好感到。對全季酒店的服務很滿意，推薦給有需要的朋友。

酒店前台服務熱情友好，房間寬敞整潔，山景房視野佳，配備大桌子與大屏電視，床墊枕頭舒適，隔音效果好，能保證安穩睡眠，洗漱用品有淡淡木質香，體驗不錯 。
早餐中西式結合，種類豐富，麪食、餛飩等現做熱食供應及時，還有水果、粗糧、酸奶等，食材新鮮，且會持續補餐，無需擔心晚到沒得選 。
停車場十分便捷，提供免費車位，還有充電樁，自駕出行很省心 。

要去廬山三疊泉，選擇了就近新開業的銅鑼灣全季酒店，之前訂了一晚商務房感覺蠻好的，想續訂結果沒房型了，衹能訂了雙人床！帶着兩個娃出來旅遊，一定要乾淨衞生，總體來説各方面還是挺乾淨的，就是有點異味，估計是新裝修的油漆味？不過衞生間是真乾淨。酒店還用機器人送外賣服務，孩子們看到了都感覺挺新奇的，還和它説再見呢；酒店二樓還有洗衣房，在這個熱汗淋漓的季節，簡直太方便了！撞牆推薦！窗外的景色也不錯，看到廬山；服務也很貼心，會提前打電話諮詢到店時間，還贈送了小童拖鞋和小童牙刷，離店時還有伴手禮：兩個冰箱貼，喜歡😍！我家娃都説：下次出來旅遊還要住全季酒店！！

全季酒店（廬山銅鑼灣廣場店）位於廬山秀峯景區附近，開業不久，設施齊全環境優，尤其是服務熱情周到，前台帥哥小妹動作麻溜，主動講解廬山遊玩路線蠻細心，打算廬山下來後環山遊再到這家店。

入住時發現房間有味道，沒有深究，入住之後夜裡手臂非常癢，發現房間有幾衹小蟲子，當時覺得在山裡有蟲子難免的，後去醫院診斷是隱翅蟲咬的，非常癢，退房已經第五天了，越來越嚴重，癢的不行，非常影響正常生活工作！
