酒店外面環境很好，酒店外的樹林裏面還有吊牀，酒店大堂有海洋球。就這夠孩子們玩一會兒了。房間也挺乾淨的，唯一的就是去索道有20分鐘車程，到牯嶺鎮上有10幾分鐘。一般就是酒店司機送去最近的觀光車點大概5.6分鐘車程，然後自己可以乘坐觀光車。稍顯麻煩一點，但比起鎮上民宿，我想應該是住的會舒服很多。前台服務人員和司機師傅人也都很好。

這家酒店是華住會旗下的酒店，在盧林停車場站過去還要幾分鐘的車程，遠離了牯嶺街的喧囂，安靜舒適，四周是鬱鬱葱葱的松樹，水杉。酒店提供了從索道口的接送站服務，以及每天去盧林停車場的接送服務，這一點就非常方便省錢了，畢竟廬山景區內出租車打車很貴😂房間也非常乾淨整潔，從前台、司機到保潔阿姨都非常細緻熱心。早餐比較清淡家常，但和一眾不提供早餐的民宿相比已經非常好了。非常感謝，下次如果再來還會再選擇漢庭的。

廬山景區裏面最舒服酒店沒有之一！環境幽雅，寧靜太適合我這種愛安靜的人了！也適合帶娃來，大廳還有小童遊樂區，白天玩累了還可以在酒店玩哈泡沫球滑滑梯！
設施：設施齊全，還有洗衣烘乾這個真棒！！
衞生：很乾凈
環境：安靜，幽雅自帶庭院娛樂休閑設備

旺季漢庭這個價錢沒什麼可挑剔了。
設施：有洗衣房！！！還可以烘乾！簡直是幸福。第一天晚上住的民宿，山頂比較潮濕，對比起這裡衣服可以烘乾簡直就是幸福到飛起來。想象一下爬山一身汗臭，如果衣服洗了不能及時幹，那個餿味，旅遊的心情大打折扣！
新裝修，房間有點味道是最大缺點，我已經跟酒店反饋，相信酒店會想辦法改善。
這個地方比較偏遠，酒店儘可能車接車送，可惜旅途遙遠，但是去三疊泉含鄱口的就比較近。
走的那天，工作人員非常熱情，有求必應，給我們送到索道口。九十九分，怕你太驕傲。把氣味去了我下次再來。

房間很乾凈，嶄新的。前台服務很熱情，及時有效地解決客户的問題，我們需要調整房型也儘可能地協調，後兩天訂滿無法調整也第一時間通知顧客。這次住宿對漢庭酒店的服務很滿意。
希望酒店做的也説一下吧。希望以後與景區管理部門協調在漢庭加一站，現在觀光車站點離得太遠。
院子裏的吊牀很是舒服自在。

廬山上新開的漢庭酒店真的不俗，大堂寬敞明亮，大氣簡約風格；每間客房是大開間寬窗户，窗外鬱鬱葱葱的大樹，讓房間自帶清涼。苗苗店長率領員工認真工作，熱情待客，態度極其謙遜。萬事開頭難，每一位員工都在積極努力工作，司機蔡師傅不辭辛苦，將顧客送到最方便的車站；前台女孩小但和文氣的小眼鏡都在事無鉅細的忙碌着，積極解決各類困難，餐飲部老大姐們，積極待客，熱情服務。他們都給顧客留下深刻美好印象。

房間很新，很安靜，吃飯也比較方便，早餐還可以吧，小朋友給贈了早餐，但早餐沒有蔬菜，可能山上蔬菜運輸不方便吧。協商退房晚兩小時，店員也挺好的直接登記就同意了，好評！

房間安靜整潔，環境衞生，服務人員熱情周到，大廳有自助洗衣機及烘乾機，比較貼心，洗完後，服務人員可以幫烘乾，並讓機器人送到房間，酒店的小帥經理服務熱情，特別棒，客人有什麼需要的能及時幫助解決，好評！
