設施：酒店內設施都很新，一些小的設定感受到對老年人和家庭行的便利。房間沒有奇怪的味道
廬山山上汽車站及山上索道口接送一次:接送準時，而且很速度
作為西線行的住宿點，酒店出乎我的意料，一邊是前台小姐姐網上的導引，另外酒店餐廳送餐服務體驗也不錯，解決了景區吃飯吃不明白的困擾。

整體挺好的，相對來説性價比可以。
房間挺乾淨的，空間不大，朝東傍晚會有點陰冷。
前台熱情，有問必答，從前台處才知道有公交環線。
早餐一般過得去的。
地理位置比較不錯，離如琴湖近，但離觀光車站不算近。

設施：較為完善，房間配備很齊全，枕頭對我來説有點矮找酒店人員就多給了我一個枕頭，相應的很快
衞生：乾淨衞生，床上用品和浴巾都很乾凈
環境：這家是在廬山山上的酒店，依靠着山景林景，居住着很放鬆

房間設施非常高級而且環境很好，強烈推薦！！！
酒店就在如琴湖附近，離牯嶺鎮也不遠，下樓就有小商店，酒店裡麪也有餐廳可以點餐，味道很好，生活便利。
隔音很好，而且附近也很安靜，往後走幾步就可以看到日落。
酒店老闆娘人也很好！！離店還送了小禮品，在店服務也極好，讓這次旅行的感受和品質都升級不少。
我們是自駕，所以沒有讓酒店接送，但是老闆娘還是很熱情的問我們需不需要接送，坐索道或觀光車遊覽的家人們可以預約酒店免費接送一次哦～

房間非常乾淨，智能馬桶帶加熱，每個樓層都有會客的區域可以活動（昨天我還看見有人打牌）
帶老爸老媽來玩，有電梯，有空調和地暖，樓道過門的地方還有坡，特別適合長者的輪椅
大堂的姐姐人特別好，幫忙介紹和安排！

前台入住辦理很快，還會專門帶着到房間，酒店服務人員都很熱情，服務很好，酒店最近的景點就是如琴湖花徑那邊，遊玩之後爬一段山路就可以到達酒店了，酒店位置還是很方便的

性價比超高的選擇！房間打掃得特別乾淨，連角落都沒有灰塵，浴巾毛巾潔白無瑕有陽光曬過的味道。床頭雙控開關和USB充電口設計貼心，充電再也不用找插座。前台小哥幫忙調整到安靜樓層，深夜送指甲鉗也毫無怨言。景區公交就在酒店門口停靠，完全不用操心交通！
