The store owner was super friendly, and the service came before anyone arrived. The instructions on the mountain were very clear, and I didn't waste my money. The room is warm, quiet and quiet. The breakfast is specially provided by a porridge shop, which is hearty and healthy. It is highly recommended to stay here.

1、首贊要給管家，特別熱情、細心、專業。提前一天預約了接站，管家就主動加我微信，發送旅遊貼士，到站就在纜車出站口等司機來接，到別墅時管家已經在門口等待，幫忙提行李等等，入住過程無微不至的關心，特別舒心。
2、酒店的大院子太棒了，孩子們晚上一直在院子裏玩雪、一大早起床又在院子裏玩，比街心公園玩雪很方便。
3、早餐是雜糧，味道也不錯，吃得飽也能吃得好。
4、房間有暖氣、地暖，睡到半夜熱到不行，完全不用擔心天氣冷。
5、整個別墅看得出花了很多的心思，如公共區域沖茶、管家親自磨咖啡給我們喝、飲料免費飲用、贈送零食禮盒，如房間的加熱毛巾架、聲控電燈跟窗簾，將服務做到極致，確實是很有品味且與眾不同的一家別墅。

房間特別棒，乾淨又整潔，去的時間特別不巧在下雨，但是別有一番風味，老闆很貼心的幫我們把房間的除濕機和空調都打開了除濕！我們辦完入住後就在前廳泡茶閑聊很是愜意，今天退房，管家也很貼心的把我們送到了索道換乘中心，非常滿意的住宿體驗，期待下次來廬山看雪！

別墅地理位置好，沒有買觀光車票的可以直接坐3路公交上街，1塊錢，幾分鐘就到街上了，整個環境超好的，超愛那個大院子，院子裏還有停車位，服務員也非常的熱情，房間衞生乾淨，裏面有配大牌抽氣機，不用擔心濕氣問題，裏面還配了小飲料，聽老闆介紹整棟別墅都有地暖，冬天來看雪也不用擔心會挨凍，早上還能吃到可口的早餐，這次的旅行給我最好的體驗就是這家酒店，有打算來的可以考慮這家哦！
