設施：傢俱中規中矩，有智能馬桶，毛巾烘乾設備，除濕器
衞生：太差了：床頭的灰塵，地毯上許多毛髮、瓜子殼、橘子皮，牆角好幾處蜘蛛網，浴室地板很臟，一沖水很多雜物（沒拍照）
環境：酒店有好幾棟樓房，院子挺大
服務：下午16:39上索道，同時給酒店打電話可以安排車接站，酒店告知要等十來分鐘，OK，16:50下索道出站等候接站司機，直到17:16再次電話酒店司機是否出發，酒店前台回覆已出發，17:22再次電話酒店並詢問司機電話我們自己聯繫，酒店前台以司機已出發，開車不方便接電話為由拒絕告知，17:29接到酒店人員電話説現在來接站，17:36左右上車，當時廬山氣温0攝氏度，帶着倆孩子等待大概50分鐘，酒店到索道站車程十分鐘足矣，酒店要是沒有足夠人力車力，可以告知，我們自己打車，不用在寒風中等待這麼久。酒店離牯嶺街步行20來分鐘，很難叫車，出門不算方便。辦理入住時前台不會核對訂單是否含早，不會告知早餐時間和地點。以後來廬山是不會選擇這家了酒店了。攜程app訂酒店這麼多年來第一次差評🙏

這次入住真的讓人印象深刻！廬山的雪景真的是太美了，酒店免費接送，前台小姐姐笑容親切，快速辦理了入住，並且貼心的告知遊玩線路，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，床墊軟硬適中，浴室的智能馬桶，房間還有除濕機讓人感覺超值。位置也很方便，還有大平台可以看風景拍照超讚，下次來一定還選擇這裏。

酒店環境很好，工作人員服務很棒，前台小姐姐有禮貌，有求必應，客房衞生乾淨，交通便利，應該開業不久，設施新，沒什麼裝修的味道。酒店還免費給房間做了升級，周圍1公里，環境優雅，很適合療養度假。吃的東西很好，經濟實惠，很好吃。

獨棟別墅，幽靜雅緻，無人打擾，適合一家三口。推開房門，院子裏就是孩子玩雪的好地方。運氣好，趕上雲頂雪未化，小朋友打雪仗，玩得很盡興。工作人員服務熱情周到，很有親和力，過年人手不夠的時候，也是有求必應。

房間設施很不錯，熱水充足，浴袍很乾凈（這輩子第一次願意穿酒店浴袍），房間還幫我們升級了，蠻大的。缺點是交通很不便，離景點和鎮上都很遠，還好我們是玩過兩天後才來住，如果是要去玩的話不建議住。另外酒店吃飯，菜是真的不好吃，油油的，鹹鹹的。

這次來廬山，沒趕上雪景，酒店本身的好環境成了這趟旅行的小確幸。我定的房型是酒店很優惠價格的雙床房，位置在整個酒店的懷抱中心，我個人是挺喜歡的，安靜，隨手一拍都是好精緻。跟姐姐一起隨意周邊走走，好不愜意。酒店交通還挺便利的，到店離開都有貼心接送，司機師傅車技一流。前台服務人員細緻周到，告訴我許多周邊有小功略。讓我驚喜的還有酒店隨機配置的早餐，營養搭配豐富，一看就特別有食慾。酒店有空調有地暖，完全沒有印象裏潮濕的感覺，房間離還配了除濕機，真不錯。明年一定還要來，還來這家，避暑一定更棒！

這次的廬山之行，這個天氣真是好的離譜，讓我們看雪的期盼基本落空。還好酒店各方面體驗感不錯，酒店自帶平台拍照風景很棒，一覽眾山小的感覺挺爽。這兒交通便利，我們晚上走了二十分鐘去逛了一下人造雪的公園，也算不虛此行吧。安排接送的司機服務周到，讓人放心，另外不得不説酒店這個環境是真舒服，出門推窗隨處是景！前台服務人員細心告知遊玩路線，還可以在酒店點餐，各方面服務都很貼心，倍感親切。

前幾年來廬山就是住的這家酒店，酒店坐落於松樹林間，空氣清新、環境優美，非常喜歡這兒。這次來賞秋景亳不猶豫地再次選擇這兒！重新裝修升級的酒店設施更加完善舒適，工作人員十分熱情周到，前台的小妹妹入住前就聯絡我們，接站的帥哥直接把我們的行李送到房間門口，客服龔美女更是細心周到，有求必應，特別是美女主廚👩🍳餘女士用心烹飪，食材新鮮，完全是家的味道，早點也非常美味，客房部的戴眼鏡的小美女也是非常好，總之每一位工作人員都熱情周到，讓我們有回家的感覺！廬山的秋季十分迷人，加上有這麼好的酒店，真的讓人遊年忘返，下次上廬山還會選擇這兒！非常感謝每一位工作人員，謝謝他們的辛勤付出，為遊客營造如此完美舒適的住宿體驗！
