The light in the cloakroom was always on in the middle of the night, and no one could solve it. There was actually a problem with the circuit upon arrival, and they told me to take out the room key and go to bed. Could it be that I didn't get up all night and couldn't use the bathroom?

我和朋友兩個房間預訂的，10.5號凌晨到的，詢問前台值班人員地下停車位説是滿了，衹能在附近停，後面我們轉了一大圈沒找到車位進去，找了20來分鐘最後停到馬路對面才停好，後續房間洗漱完後，房間裏沒有吹風機，打電話詢問前台值班人員能否送一個來，首先她告訴我客房阿姨已經下班了，明天早上再送可以嗎，我説我已經洗完頭了，她告訴我説要不找下你朋友房間去拿下吹風機（我和我的朋友相差10幾個房間），最後在我的一再要求下，她終於願意找吹風機送到我的房間來，很難想象這是希爾頓人員的服務態度，想的不是如何解決用户問題，而是方便自己，第一次來雅安就體驗到如此特殊的體驗，確實記憶深刻。睡眠飲食其他各方面都可以的。
