The hotel is big and the rooms are big, but the facilities are too old and rusty everywhere. The towels are all thread-piled and I don't want to replace them with new ones. 晚上快九點到，當時就我一個人辦理入住，前台四個人半天沒人搭理，問了誰能給辦理一下，説等一會，也不知道都忙啥，五一當天突然超級熱，問中央空調製冷嗎？前台説不知道，她要問工程師，隨後給回覆，然後就沒然後了。住三層，電梯不知道怎麼設計還帶着行李爬了半層。衞生堪憂，入住發現蟲子之類的，孩子被不知道什麼蟲子咬腫的厲害，打電話問有沒過敏葯物或者止癢的，回覆就説沒有，順帶連句抱歉都沒有，最後我又跑過去問前台，給了一瓶已經見瓶底的風油精，孩子小，已經開封就沒有用，酒店是前不着村後不着店，沒有任何葯品外賣，老公開車找了好久才買到葯。早餐包括剛上的菜都是涼的，如圖蘋果都壞了。兩間交了1000元按金，一個上午退了，另一個因為我要買葯給延遲到兩點退的，退房時説是檢查完房間立刻退按金，結果等了一個小時還沒退，打電話問，説是20分鐘內退，等了半天還沒退，我沒辦法又開車拐回去問前台，她説檢查完房就退，我説即便是檢查，我10點都退了一間，到下午三點半還檢查不完嗎？最後查了下，説忘記了。最普通標間 一間一晚600多，沒有服務沒有衞生。長者小孩真不適合

可以，離福泉温泉步行八百米，開車一兩分鐘就到了。今天步行就去看大佛了。房間很大設施齊全，服務挺好的就是辦理入住的時候排隊一點，假期人多也可以理解。 很喜歡落地窗和窗台！風景很好！喜歡！！！適合帶小朋友來玩
