Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there

The food and the staff are the best, also they have live music every Friday and Saturday that I enjoy a lot! Ajeesh and the rest of staff take care of us really well!! I definitely recommend it! Also I enjoy going to the gym here!!!Keep it up ❤️

Everything functioned properly. The bed was cozy. The shower pressure was exceptional. The kettle, iron, cooker and washing .machine were functional. The living room and bedroom were spacious. Everywhere was clean. I have no complaints whatsoever.

But Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere Lusaka took it to another level! 👌🏼 From the moment I stepped off the plane, I was greeted with a super customer-centric approach. The shuttle service was impeccable! My chariot (okay, SUV, but still!) arrived on time, complete with a chauffeur and a Guest Relations Executive holding my name placard. Talk about feeling important! The short drive to the hotel was a breeze, thanks to their courtesy guest Wi-Fi. My roaming service was having a meltdown, but thankfully, Neelkanth saved the day! I could immediately let my family know I'd landed safely – crucial when you're a prince on a mission. Even though my delegation was there for business, the hotel gave me serious vacation vibes. Hahaha! It made the whole experience truly memorable. If you're looking to explore the beautiful Zambian scenery, this is the place to stay. They'll make you feel right at home... or, in my case, even more royal! And the food? On point! I dove headfirst into Zambian cuisine and other dishes. Anita and team, thank you so, so much for your incredible hospitality! You guys are going to make me bring the whole Royal Clan to your place! You treated me like royalty 👑, as I am! Royalty Regards! 😊

I haven been staying at Sarovar since it opened in 2018 and they have maintained their excellent standards and never disappointed. Fabulous and well equipped suites with modern appliances. Soft and comfortable bedding allowing for a good nights sleep. A diverse international cuisine ranging from Chinese, Indian, European and Zambian mouth watering dishes. Friendly staff and management is very customer oriented prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of customers above all.
