We booked the Accomodation through Agoda and paid in advance, we received an email through Agoda informing us that our booking was canceled due to ‘Termination of contract’ I contacted the hotel directly to enquire about the cancellation and I wasn’t given much information but was told that they would be in contact with Agoda to enquire the about the cancellation. I also contacted Agoda who informed me that the contract between the two parties was cancelled by the Hotel and that all bookings made through Agoda were also cancelled,. The hotel have made contact with me saying the that we cancelled the booking and haven’t admitted to forcing us to cancel due to their contractual issue with Agoda. We due to check in on the 28th November 2024

It was a very bad experience. We couldn't sleep because of the disco located at the top of the hotel. Her voices reached the room loudly. Also, one of the employees tried to enter the room at night, so we did not feel safe. Although we complained, the issue was not dealt with seriously.

Terrible experience. The room lights goes on and off automatically while you're sleeping. Not to mention the noise from the clubs until 2:00 am. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. They really need to work harder in this property to maintain at least the standard. Check in and check out was okay but not what I expected.

I booked this hotel on *********** and received a confirmation. 24 hours before the check in the messages me saying that my reservation was cancelled for no valid reason. I guess the cheaper price should have suggested a cheaper service. I’ll have to place a urgent new reservation elsewhere and spent a lot more than I could have spent.

I recently had an utterly disastrous experience with Cielo Hotel, and it's safe to say that it's a stay I will never forget, despite the fact that I didn't even get to stay there. From the very beginning of my booking process, this establishment managed to leave me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. To start, I opted for the "no payment needed" option when booking my stay, a choice that should have simplified the process. However, on the day of my scheduled arrival, Cielo Hotel abruptly canceled my reservation because they claimed I needed to make a payment. Instead of using a secure and reputable payment platform, they sent me a payment link directly. This raised significant concerns for me as it goes against common industry standards and appeared rather shady. In fact, *********** informed me that the property should not handle payments directly, leaving me to deal with Cielo Hotel's questionable practices. Another issue I faced was with the hotel's contact information. The phone number provided in their description and on Google didn't work, making it impossible for me to reach them for inquiries or assistance. DON'T STAY HERE! Velero Hotel nearby is a great alternative!
