A delightful touch was the complimentary toiletries from Le Labo, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. These high-quality products added a touch of luxury to our stay. A very stylish hotel. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. Especially the staff was very helpful, they helped us with everything from buying tickets for the places we would visit to renting a car. Thanks for everything. We definitely recommend it. Lusail's best and also iconic hotel.

Overall it's has been an excellent stay I'm fairmont. The room, view, service are great. The only thing I think can be better is the selection of food for in room dining, perhaps there can be more choices.

Would have liked to have been informed about the facilities at the hotel by staff at check in. Hotel was beautiful. Some delivery drivers get confused dropping food as there is a dedicated floor. few of the staff members in the spa didn’t seem too friendly that’s the only real negative points I had.
