Dell boys were very friendly, Room was impeccable, cleaning staff and butler were impeccable.
Location is not great, nothing around, promenade was boring.
What ruined our stay was the rude behaviour of front desk staff called Marilu. She needs training in customer service. The interaction was very distasteful and dampened our mood.
Pool was only outside, and freezing, nothing to do. There isn’t changing rooms for the pool, nor showers.
View from pool was boring too.
For the price you pay, it’s just the amenities in room to enjoy, which were great but nothing more.
It’s been turned in to a tourist attraction with the afternoon tea etc, so very busy downstairs and not exclusive, like other raffles.
Not even a jacuzzi or sauna/steam, but private rooms to enjoy to an hour at an extra cost. Which is fine, if you carried out that exclusive service throughout the hotel.
Overall, came excited but left deflated.

Just wrapped up a business trip stay over at Raffles Doha, and honestly, it was pretty great. The hotel rooms themselves and just the overall vibe of the place are high standards as expected . But the real stand-out for me was the staff – they were seriously amazing. So helpful and on the ball, but without that sometimes overwhelming feeling you get in super high-end places. They were just right, you know? Big credit to them because it's a tough balance to nail.
I stayed in this great suite too – it had this really cool Arabic feel, felt super cosy, but then all the tech was cutting-edge with smart controls everywhere. Loved that mix.
The only tiny meh thing , and this is purely because I was there for work, is the location. It's a bit further out from the main Corniche business hustle than I'd ideally want for a business trip. If I was there on holiday though? Wouldn't think twice, it would be perfect.

Raffles Doha is an excellent hotel, and our stay has been enjoyable overall.
However, there is one significant flaw that greatly impacted our experience — the lack of sun umbrellas at the pool.
There are over 20 sunbeds by the pool, yet only about 4 are covered with cabanas. The remaining loungers are left completely exposed to the sun. When we arrived around 10 AM, the few shaded spots were already occupied. Unfortunately, the pool staff could not assist and directed us to use the pool at the Fairmont hotel, located on the opposite side of the building.
It’s difficult to understand why guests at Raffles — a luxury property — are forced to compete for basic shade, as if staying at a much lower-tier hotel, or are advised to use facilities at a different hotel altogether. This is not only inconvenient — it’s frankly unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
I sincerely hope this issue will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Absolutely amazing hotel and service and location
A few pointers that could be improved wood floor worn out and scratched up every where the tiles in bathroom could do with a regrout apart from that Absolutely stunning hotel best I have stayed service very fast response bathroom facilities 10/10 could do with a TV in bathroom

The hotel is located on the landmark building of Lusail New District, Catara Tower. The design and hardware are impeccable. The check-in efficiency is very high, and late check-out is also provided during the May Day holiday, which is great! The only drawback is that there are not many dining options, and there is no Asian restaurant. In addition, the bathroom door makes a strange sound every time it is opened, which affects rest.

A good hotel, one of the symbols of the new Doha. Hotel Raffles occupies one half of the building, in the other Hotel Fairmont. Everything in the hotel is very beautiful and at a high level. Sufficient number of chargers and other amenities in the room. Very cool shower! The location, in my opinion, is not the most convenient, but the Karwa taxi service works well and this is not a problem.
The only complaint is the immature service:
1. upon check-in, the room was not ready and we had to wait a little. At the same time, all the information and the procedure for further actions had to be asked ourselves, since the staff was simply silent. We asked to be informed about the readiness of the room and went to swim in the pool, but no one said anything. We found out again on our own.
2. In the room there was a misunderstanding with an extra bed for a child and again they did not tell us anything, and after my questions they advised us to check the hotel reservation. Why should they check if I already know everything and it is the hotel that should resolve its issue?!
3. The glass partition on the large balcony is very dirty! You can see in the photo, although in reality it looks even worse.
this is despite the fact that the hotel is perfectly clean everywhere except this moment! At the same time, all the rooms have very dirty glass on the balconies. I don't understand the reason, no one explained anything. The hotel is suitable for 1-2 nights. Everything is beautiful in Arabic style. But something needs to be done with the service, it is not at a high level for such a hotel.
