去了很多次都是帶小孩長者朋友去的，因為覺得環境服務還可以所以經常去。可是現在是越來越差了，以前訂房小孩泡温泉可以免一個多出的補38元一個現在小童不免超l．l米的60一個人大人小孩一個價格，訂一個房間580加兩個小孩120一個房間就700塊，一個房間衹有兩張早餐券，除外早餐28一個人，而且早點很簡單就連煮的白雞蛋都沒有……現在是什麼都要付費，以前龍棲宮有隔層上面有個榻榻米還鋪了床現在上面就一個榻榻米床而且還全是灰。要鋪床就必須付費，1點左右去辦入住兩點半了房間衞生都還沒有搞好，我們去到房間看到其它有4間搞好衞生的空着一直沒有人入住服務員沒有辦理給我們而是讓我們等着未搞好衞生的房間。現在酒店的服務態度也很不好問個事情態度強硬還半天沒一個結果，如果還是這樣以後不會再去也不會再推薦朋友去……

房間很有特色！窗外有一條河，有一個單獨泡池！很方便！孩子們玩得很開心！外面的泡池種類很多，特別是早上換水後，很乾凈

好的方面：環境不錯，前台和客房服務員態度熱情有禮，温泉水滑洗凝脂；
待改進：温泉區吧枱的服務意識欠缺，房間淋浴温度低，洗完澡會很冷

環境很優美，空氣不錯，早上還有小鳥的叫聲，感覺親近自然。
建議帶好防蚊葯水因為水邊無可避免小飛蟲會很多。
服務很不錯，水冷了可以打給前台加點兒熱水，也有電瓶車接送；泡池也夠大在房間裏泡看着山景很有野趣，總體説性價比很高了。
給酒店提的建議是第一是廁所地漏有點反味，有門可以隔起來但是還是需要增加空氣清新設備，第二建議將陽台那個小小的天窗改成可遙控的，這樣晚上可以看星星，睡覺可以關起來，早上不會太亮。

#好評#對房間佈局，房內採光滿意；#負評#對位置，床品舒適度，鄰近店舖失望；首先入住酒店一个房间只能两人不能带小孩，带小孩超1.1米补温泉票一张，感受上就不太好，每天早点小孩也要补票，一个房间很标准就给你两张票！🎃🎃🎃咋说呢就是啥都要钱的感觉！没有婴儿床可加，床很高孩子睡觉掉了摔坏了！自己解决！

總體來説，看到酒店整個設施個方面比較出乎意料了，房間風格獨特，就在江邊，感覺比較貼近自然，温泉水很乾凈，餐廳食材新鮮，味道不錯，帶兩個小朋友定了龍棲宮，房間裏有個大泡池，除了最近修路繞的時間比較長之外，其他都比較滿意，等路修好了應該還會再來
