房間的空調壞了沒有提前告知，裝修的味道還能聞到，衞生間下水有問題，洗完澡水漫金山，問小哥可以提供塑料拖鞋啊，被告知沒有。早餐前一晚跟小哥説九點送到，因為要趕後面的行程，結果九點半才送到，催促也沒有，服務衹能説差強人意吧。説點好的地方，晚飯點菜送到房，粵菜口味不錯。房間外面有露營椅，早上在露營椅上吃早飯很愜意。

設施：小瑞士風，全都是小木屋，看着很舒服！設施比起一般的營地，配套也好很多！
衞生：每個房間都很乾凈。
環境：很安靜，適合放空！
服務：用餐很方便～火鍋很好吃！

這家酒店是我本次出行住過的最好的酒店#衞生屋內寬敞乾淨，看着就舒服#服務可以在屋裡點餐吃飯，很給力#停車有停車場，停車很方便#房間景觀屋外景色也不錯，適合拍照唯一不足的是近兩天空調壞了，專門配了三個小電熱器，而且負責人晚上專門來問冷不冷，感動。不過因為屋空間大電暖器作用不太大，晚上還是很冷😭😭😭

硬件很不錯，因為旁邊配套有高檔餐廳，餐飲上面一絕，強烈推薦在酒店點餐，也可以在門口燒烤。就是房間水稍微小了點，不過高原上我們不天天洗澡就還好，但是還是要提醒下

保持了大自然原始風貌，挺好！服務非常好，遇到的每位員工都熱情、主動。加分項是餐飲，早餐非常精緻豐盛，營地本身也做餐飲，做的菜品水準高，中餐、藏餐、粵式、披薩都有，樣樣好吃。最喜歡的還是環境，床品、室內佈置有品味，是甘南一路走來，數一數二的營地了，住了不想走，是旅程點睛之筆。非常推薦！

自駕甘南臨時訂的酒店看到沒有入住評價一開始還有點擔心後面問了才知道是新開沒多久哈哈哈營地裏面有個粵式餐廳還挺多人過來吃飯的營地的景色真的非常好房間也非常安靜睡的非常好工作人員也特別熱情幫忙拿行李另外提一下早餐也很好吃~就是廁所還需要改善一下洗澡的時候積水下不去其他都很好👍🏻

酒店很棒，四面羣山環抱，中有小河穿過，與各種野生動物為鄰。餐尤其要表揚，被小朋友和小鳥🐦評價為我們入住所有酒店最好的餐。值得5星推薦，服務與配置還在進一步完善，體驗會越來越好。

山裡環境非常好哦，設施也齊全完善，早餐非常豐盛，午餐晚餐可以點菜另外付費，菜品算可以的了，在旁邊的草地可以看星星看銀河，總之推薦哦
