乾淨衞生，交通方便，入住當天還在酒店門口看了彩虹，服務態度很好。早上出門還把洗漱袋忘記在酒店門口，晚上才想起來打電話過去找店家非常熱心，幫我們看了監控，找到袋子，還要專門幫我們去郵寄，結果店家説應該的！很感動！很感動！

就是説它可以叫祥瑞賓館或者祥瑞招待所，但不能是祥瑞大酒店。高原地區三百多的房價不求多好，至少給一個七天連鎖水平吧！就這個公租房水管裸露風裝修，真的欣賞不來！地毯臟的像抹布（還不如沒有），床墊硬邦邦！洗澡水温不拉嘰沒法洗澡，洗臉池直接純冰水沒熱水！
以上都還是能將就一晚上的，最！最！最！重要的是房間異味超級重！特別是廁所，一直往外散發一股惡臭！就像漚了一週的臭襪子撒了一斤孜然再醃製3天那種複雜又難以言説的味道！上廁所得憋一口氣快進快出！嗅覺正常者慎選！

酒店裝修陳舊，設施較簡陋，衞浴設施尤差，房間衞生不好，入住時還有殘留的垃圾，房間殘留的煙味也比較濃，衞生間有異味。

房間挺大的，衞生也不錯，不過畢竟是縣城，相當不錯了，窗户後面是一片森林，空氣挺好的，雖然有點高反，但是看着也不錯，門口有個小超市，買東西也方便！

這是在藏區住的最好的一家停車吃飯都很房便，而且房間都很乾凈整潔服務員態度也很好，在房間裏還能看到山上的風景，尤其是下雨天騰霧瀰漫感覺很美，值得推薦的一家

房間設施一般，低於大城市快捷酒店水平，是不是因為旅遊區的原因價位挺高的，因為修路大堵車所以臨時就在這裏，縣城景色很美，吃飯購物都很方便。
