不能洗澡，水温根本穩定不下來，衹能洗8秒鐘啊，要麼太燙要麼太涼。叫了工程師調了半天也説沒辦法整棟樓都是這樣。房間空調差不多28度，太熱也沒辦法調温度，因為房間里根本沒有調温度的裝置。晚上10:30了小孩還在樓下嬉鬧吹哨子，很吵沒辦法睡覺，跟前台反映了也沒*用。一晚上開着窗户睡的，下次不去住了真心睡不好。

差到極點：房間沒有空調、沒有暖氣、也不會給你加被子，所以會有被凍感冒的風險；因為附近餐飲較少，所以看中了酒店的餐飲選擇，結果就是高價錢、低品質和差服務，點餐結束一個小時之內你吃不到菜，菜品價格相當於其他城市的中上，但菜品價值很不符合（土豆絲、拌寬粉、茄子、酸湯麪、炒餅、孜然羊肉、水煮牛肉，價值370；一杯茶18，沒錯是一杯）；酒店早餐8:30-9:30，結果就是9:00停止供餐，客人吃的殘羹冷炙，服務員卻在旁邊胡吃海塞；因服務不匹配溝通，結果被所謂的總經理、主管辱罵、恐嚇（叫囂還不如給顧客**、吃不起就別來、沒錢跑來旅遊幹嘛）甚至還要喊人毆打顧客；無奈報警，經協調付費處理，結果總經理找理由不出麪！綜上差到極點！以上在警局有報警記錄和備案，也可調取酒店監控核實，同天同時段用餐顧客也可作證！

作為攜程十幾年的老會員，通常不會給差評。但這家酒店不得不吐槽。客觀説，酒店房間蠻大，床品也還可以。但細節差距太大：熱水晚上7點才開始供應幾個小時，房間沒有電話，衞生間門是個奇怪的開關方向，毛巾也是在怪異的位置，房門掛鏈也是壞的。當然，這都不重要，最重要的是，10月3日此地最低温度已是2℃，房間裏沒有空調，沒有供暖，房間裏非常的冷。這可是海拔3000多米的高原，一但感冒可是非同小可！（經瞭解，其他酒店都已供暖）。早餐就更別提了，8點15左右就什麼食物都沒有了，甚至連餐具都沒有了。前台的態度更是糟糕，服務員連統一着裝都沒有。實在無法這是一家四星級酒店。
