因為喜歡定比較新的酒店，就想着試試。大院兒停車比較方便，但是不知道為什麼，前台兩個小姐姐一臉黑，一般在高原沒有電梯的酒店，店家都會主動幫助拎行李，可是這個酒店是沒有的。因為還經營着桌球廳，前台也經常沒有人。條件還不錯，但是服務態度不咋樣，希望改善。

酒店新開的，設施還不錯，就是海拔四千多米的地方沒有電梯，還要爬三樓有點吃力，服務員也不熱情，交完房費就不見人影了，院內可以停車還比較方便。

剛入住人在屋裡上着廁所，保潔刷着卡就進門。第二天早上還沒退房出去吃個早飯，保潔刷了卡就把門敞開着收拾屋子了，前台與保潔的溝通不及時，毫無服務！
